For guests with hotel transfer, pickup time is between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. from hotels in Downtown Chiang Rai. The exact pickup time will be confirmed by email. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show.
