I use this service for the first time in December from London to LHR Term 2 at 6am. I was very satisfied. my driver, Orhan, arrived 15 min early. He provided superb service, was a courteous and excellent driver, and was kind enough to get me a cart when I arrived at the airport so I could load my luggage. I will request Orhan next time. Keep in mind, it's a long walk from the Heathrow Express Term 2/3 exit to Terminal 2,This car service drops you off write in Front of the Queen's Terminal level 5 and cuts off a good 20 minutes off the usual trip. It may vary at different times of the day.
The driver arrived ahead of schedule in anticipation of heavy traffic. The car was great and the ride was smooth. All went perfect. I highly recommend the service and will definitely book with them again.

Dropped right at the front door of Airbnb. We used for transfer to Heathrow with departure. Will def use service again. Highly recommend.
