At Terminal Embarcadero Cancún, head to the ticket office located at the PB to exchange your digital voucher to your entry ticket. On the Catamarán you will receive a warm welcome from the sailors and the captain later a security briefing will be given as well as the recommendations and rules on board the catamaran, finally you will start the tour.
Snorkeling in El Meco Reef Depths: between 2.5 m and 3.5 m. Warm water and little or no sea current. Location: Between Cancun and Isla Mujeres just in front of the area known as Puerto Juárez. Extension: 200 meters wide by 800 long. Habitat: +500 species (fish, molluscs, crustaceans, corals) It has several statues belonging to the Underwater Art Museum (MUSA).
Private Beach Club at Isla Mujeres: Enjoy the privacy and security of a private Beach Club where you can rest taking the sun, admire the nature, play popular beach games, enjoy a tasty buffet, refreshing with beverages or tasting National open bar and tequila with a high comfort and facilities as Palapas, sun loungers and umbrellas, swimming pool, bathrooms and showers, Wi-Fi in restaurant area, lifeguard.

Acess to the Scenic Tower of Cancun. Viewpoint that rises gently turning 80m high. You can enjoy and capture the spectacular view of Cancun and the Mexican Caribbean day or night. Audio in English and Spanish with historical, statistical and geographical information of Cancun and the points that are observed around the tower. Capacity of 60 visitors on each tour.

Catamaran Merlin had an amazing crew. Drinks were cold, activity was fun and on the way back we dance the entire time.

In the end I changed the plan and it ended up working better for me. I had the catamaran booked, but upon arriving at the dock I decided to switch to the ferry because I was traveling with my mom, who is already 70 years old, and I wanted the trip to be as comfortable as possible. The Xcaret team resolved it without complications: punctual, attentive, and with very well-organized logistics, from the ground transportation to the ferry. The facilities are in good condition and the trip is comfortable, so you can dedicate yourself to enjoying, eating well, and touring the main points of Isla Mujeres without worrying about the tour operation. The return was also very smooth. We arrived without setbacks and still managed to have a quiet dinner at the hotel, with that feeling of having made the most of the day. Although this time I didn't do the catamaran tour, the proposal remains very attractive: snorkeling at the beginning, a couple of hours to tour Isla Mujeres, a party on board, the sea during the entire trip, and a really beautiful beach. I was left wanting to have that experience, so it remains pending for the next visit.

Catamaran tour its a no no in my opinion Just want to share my opinion because I wish I read something before wasting our precious time at Xcaret by taking this tour. First of all You start the day at 9.30 with a bus trip to Cancun that take aprox 1.5 hours. The catamaran is boarding at 12, so you waste another hour around in the heat, or you visit the Xcaret store and spend more money, of course the catamaran itself its just a medium one, not too big, but they manage to put 120 people on it so you have to find a spot and sit tight for a couple of hours with a 25 min snorkeling time. Let me tell you, this is not our first time on a catamaran, but this just felt like a quantity over quality experience, with no enjoyable conditions. We decided to get off the boat and return to the resort so we can at least enjoy the day. Big surprise though, even though people on the boat said that we will get help to get back, they did not care less, we had to take a cab on our own. I also have to mention here that we are members at the resort, between first 100 to became members. And thats because we loved it so much here, but men, things changed so much since then...as I said, quantity over quality...this what is happening now. If this would be our first experience with Xcaret, I would never become a member, ever! Sorry for the long post, but hoping it will help someone...
