Catamaran Sunset Champagne Cruise Cape Town

The Catamaran was an amazing experience. Had a great time! Friendly staff and immaculate views. Would definitely recommend. Bring a jersey as it can get quite cold.

What an amazing experience! Very friendly staff who made it feel like such a vibe for people of all ages! We went as a group of friends and all had an amazing time.

It was front, especially at the fore deck where we sing along with the wave and music. A bit choppy at some part and those who gets easily seasick may not enjoy it. Overall, I enjoyed the entire experience.

Don't book a cruise with them, we arrived for the cruise, paid the full price, and instead of a catamaran they put us on a small boat, the evening was ruined, I will never recommend them to anyone

I cannot recommend this company. We had a booking for which a change was requested and subsequently confirmed by the provider. However, in the evening shortly before sunset—when we were about to start the tour—we were informed that the tour had been privately booked and that the rebooking should never have been made. While mistakes can happen, what was particularly frustrating was that the staff repeatedly attempted to shift the blame onto us and offered a range of excuses. Even when we requested written confirmation that we would receive a refund—given that refunds were handled by another department and they claimed not to be responsible—the email was phrased in a way suggesting that we had requested a cancellation, again implicitly attributing responsibility to us. Fortunately, despite the late hour, we were able to secure places with another nearby provider at short notice—incidentally at a lower price for an equivalent offering. Conclusion: I would advise against choosing this provider; there are ample alternatives available.

We learn few things about the boat operations and the staff were friendly we enjoyed. Will come back again.

Good experience, but we had booked a sunset catamaran cruise and didn't get a catamaran; it was a regular boat. She explained that the experience would be the same because it was the same price, but the problem remains that we had booked a catamaran, and we didn't get one. We would have simply expected to be notified in advance or to receive compensation; it is a lack of honesty on their part.

This was excellent and great value for money. It was busier than we imagined as there were many people looking to do similar in Cape Town at that time and we were all very lucky to see a spectacular sunset whilst we were out. The gents who operated the cruise were very good x friendly and knowledgeable and helpful throughout. We were a bit unsure about just getting a glass of fizz x quality but we all got a bottle to share between 2 so great = great value for money - thank you
