Our guide, Carson, was fantastic. As a born-and-raised local, he knows the island inside and out. You can tell he genuinely loves Catalina and its wildlife, and his stories and local knowledge made us appreciate the island even more. Just before we left, there were reports of dolphins feeding nearby, so once everyone was settled, Carson headed straight over. Seeing the dolphins up close in the wild was an amazing way to start the cruise. After that, we enjoyed a relaxing ride along the coastline while Carson pointed out interesting landmarks and helped us spot more local wildlife. The cruise lasted about an hour and 45 minutes, and we felt like we got excellent value for the money. If you’re looking for a relaxing way to experience Catalina from the water with a chance to see wildlife, this is the trip to book. Thanks, Carson, for a memorable evening!
We really enjoyed our coastal sunset cruise. It was awesome to dolphins, deer, various species of birds and a sea lion. Carson a great host.
The cruise was amazing. The guide was very knowledgable and experiences with navigation and the marine life. We saw several sea lions playing. The sunset was beautiful. I would wear warm clothes, but don’t expect to eat or drink. We stopped for periods of time, otherwise the ride was fast and bumpy
‘Frigging awesome’. Carson is engaging, super knowledgeable and even offered his jacket when it became chilly. The views were breathtaking and even the wild life came out to play.
Definitely worth it, my daughter and I went on the tour. The folks were great and very hospital. We were able to see wildlife and different parts of the island from the boat.
