Suspension bridges are a great experience

Suspension bridges oh what fun. My daughter did not love the height but I had a great experience on the bridges. Great views from them -- safe and fun.

So cool! The bridge was fun, but the cave walk was the best! Scary for some but exhilarating for me. I’d go again for sure.

Capilano Visit

Beautiful place. Something you can walk through on one visit but would take several to enjoy leisurely walk. The staff were very informative and engaging as it related to animals and park information. Lots of information to learn. The cost is a bit much especially since there is a free suspension bridge at another park not that far away. Cost only covers entry fee, but I guess that is typical. Food and gifts seem average priced. I would def go back, especially at night.

Nice bridge and forest but pricey

The main draw here is the walk across the swaying suspension bridge 450 feet above the gorge below. Once you have done that there are various walkways the other side amongst walkways suspended from the mighty Douglas firs in the forest, and a few guides to talk to you about the nature around you. On the road side there is a walk suspended from the cliff side. There is also the usual gift shop and a few food outlets. It costs 75CAD each (£45 at current exchange rates) which, as others have observed, is a lot of money to pay to cross a bridge and walk amongst trees. I would give it 2 hours, 3 at the max.

Excellent Attraction in Vancouver!

It is quite a bit of walking. Wear walking shoes or hiking boots. Beautiful sights and vistas. Lovely vegetation surrounds you. Restaurant was quite good.

Tour Provider Never Showed Up, Poor Communication

I’ve booked many local tours through Viator over the years, and unfortunately this was the strangest and most disappointing experience I’ve had. We arrived at the designated pickup location before the scheduled meeting time, but the tour bus never showed up. I sent a message to the local tour provider but received no response. After waiting with no communication, we decided to take another bus to the destination on our own. About 20 minutes into our ride, the tour provider finally called and explained that they had been very busy, missed our pickup, and only then saw my message. In the end, the only value we received from this booking was the park entrance tickets—we had to arrange our own transportation and missed out on the guided tour we had paid for. The lack of communication and organization was extremely disappointing. I expected much better from a tour booked through Viator.

Nice Pricey experience for the Family

Heavily commercialized, but well worth the experience as we don't have anything like it, or the scale in Southern California. Fun for kids and beauty for the adults. Great blend of history, culture, education, and a small physical challenge.
