I enjoyed the tour very much. There are many streetart artists in the city, I was quite surprised how much we could see. The scooters make perfectly sense for transport, as it would not be possible to to this as a walking tour, due to the distances.
It was amazing. Very careful and informative. I would advise to brief tourism on the end about potential risks of teft if they are walking back to CBD
Very interesting tour, giving great insight into Woodstock’s varied history and the annual art festival. Mandy the guide was professional and spoke extremely well, allowing for other people’s insight. The street art chosen was an interesting mix and I would highly recommend this unique tour
Mandy was an inspirational speaker who is passionate about her heritage and her future. She clearly depicted the details in the artwork that we looked at and allowed individuals in the group to express their own views and opinions. The pieces that she chose to show us with thought provoking and beautiful in their own individual ways. The whole experience was 5 star we both really enjoyed the tour.
Fun tour with an authentic guide. Thanks to the exciting background information, the images get a whole new salary.
Diego is an energetic guide. He knows and loves the neighborhood and wants to showcase all that it has to offer. Our tour was chill and informative. We had a small group so there was lots of opportunity for interactive conversation.
I had a fantastic experience with Diego. It was just the two of us, which made the tour feel tailored and relaxed. He connects street art with Cape Town’s history—both recent and older—so you don’t just see murals, you understand the people and moments behind them. Highly recommend.
My Third party visit to the up-and-coming Woodstock district, with professional guidance for the first time, a very good idea! I would never have discovered the works of international artists on my own. Our guide had prepared top information about artists, works and also the historical and social background in Capetown and Woodstock in particular interesting and competent. Our happiness on this Sunday morning was also our small completely German group with two couples and me! We had so much sweetness that we spent the afternoon happily at the Old Bisquit Farmer`s Market, had a great dinner together and danced the night away in a cool little club... I recommend the tour 100%
We had an incredible experience on the Woodstock street art tour with Diego. He did an excellent job sharing his knowledge and insight into the murals around Cape Town. What stood out was how he encouraged us to form our own interpretations of the artwork, making the experience feel personal and engaging. Diego introduced us to a diverse range of pieces, each touching on different themes, and his personal connections with many of the artists made the tour even more meaningful. His warm and welcoming energy made the walk through the neighborhoods both enjoyable and eye-opening. My husband and I walked away with a much deeper appreciation for the area and its vibrant culture. If you’re visiting Cape Town, booking a tour with Diego is an absolute must - you won’t regret it!
Very interesting experience with our excellent guide Sipho who talks about his country by commenting on the different works of street art. His comments also allow to better understand the meaning of the works realized and they freely give his own interpretations. The works are beautiful. A great original experience to discover Woodstock and another side of Cape Town. We loved it even if the weather was rainy.
