CABLE CAR ASCENT: The ride is a gentle one, the rotating state-of-the-art cable car taking visitors from the lower station to the top in around 5 minutes. It operates seven days a week and trips occur within 10 to 15 minutes of each other. EXPLORATION AT THE SUMMIT: Enjoy ample time to explore the summit's various viewing points. Capture memorable photos of the city, ocean, and the unique flora and fauna HIKING TRAILS (OPTIONAL): For the adventurous, there are hiking trails to explore, offering a closer connection with the natural surroundings. An excellent tour. Tafadhali is a great guide, with lots of information to convey. The downside to the day was crappy weather.
Tafa was a great tour guide. Gave us a full history Cape Town, South Africa and table mountain. Collected us from our hotel gave us the grand tour of table mountain and return us back to the hotel. Highly recommend.

Booked the tickets online. Ridden the hop on hop off bus and against. After about 15 minutes of waiting we could enter the cable car. With my fear of heights, it's exciting because you can't hold on because the floor turns around. (In the middle of the car is the possibility to sit but then you see little because of the crowds) We were on Table Mountain before 10 in the morning. It was very chilly because of the altitude and the strong wind so tip; dress warmly regardless of the 25 degrees that it can be at the bottom of the mountain. Ten we came back down (that was around 2pm) then the line was literally 10x longer than when we arrived for the people who wanted to go up the mountain. So get there as early as possible that saves a big queue
We had the most memorable experience from start to finish and made all the more special because of our fabulous tour guide, Claude. From start to finish, Claude went the extra mile and his knowledge of the whole of South Africa is very impressive. We highly recommend Claude.
A fantastic experience- our driver Lieven was excellent, he was very knowledgeable and got us to the cable car before the massive queues formed. The views from Table Mountain were breathtaking Highly recommended !
