Great experience, my driver Yaseen was great and easy to find with his sign and message to let me know he was waiting for me.
Booked a shuttle online for pickup in Stellenbosch and drop off at CPT airport. Someone reached out shortly after confirming our booking and gave the name of our driver. Price was fair. Thaafir (driver) showed up 15 min early and helped load all our bags. He provided water bottles and made sure the temperature was comfortable. Van was clean and safe, large enough for all of our bags. Would use them again
The staff is very friendly and punctual for pickups. They had a sign for me to easily identify them which made the process very smooth.
Wolf Shuttles were excellent. We recently used them for transfers from Cape Town Airport to our hotel and also back tot he airport. The driver was very pleasant, easy to find and on time. Would use again

First time using service. Ishmael was puctual, polite and extremely safe driver. Gave us insights to Cape Town on our journey from airport. Waited to ensured that we entered our guesthouse accommodation leaving.

After booking 2 days prior my international departure.I had to phone to confirm. They couldn't find my booking but later confirmed via WhatsApp and said that a driver and vehicle will be assigned and communicated. I never received any communication and had to book a Uber for back up, which arrived on time. After asking for refund they said my payment was unsuccessful..my bank statement shows payment successfull R 535 They offered me R100 of next booking. No thank you!

Let’s clear up a few things: Your Booking: Yes, there was a brief moment where we had to retrieve your details (as we use an online booking system), but we did find your booking and timeously confirmed it with you via WhatsApp—just as you’ve mentioned. That’s called efficiency, not incompetence. Driver & Vehicle Details: We sent them, as promised. Perhaps they got lost in the same Bermuda Triangle where socks and missing WhatsApp messages go? The Pickup: Our driver arrived at 03h45, early as always. Security confirmed you had already left in an Uber at 03h35. Which means… our driver was there for your 04h00 pickup, but you had already chosen an alternative ride. The Payment Mystery: No one said your payment was unsuccessful. We simply explained that last-minute cancellations do not qualify for refunds. But hey, let’s not let facts get in the way of a dramatic review! We totally understand that trusting a professional, pre-booked service is hard when you have the thrill of last-minute Uber roulette. That’s why we generously offered you a discount for next time—you know, in case you ever want to experience what it’s like to actually take the ride you booked. It appears this turned into a rather expensive back-up plan in case you couldn't get an Uber. Our driver was excellent met us at arrivals and even asked if we required a ‘comfort stop’ prior to getting in the cab, very thoughtful. She also gave us plenty guidance of do’s and dont’s on the drive in. Would highly recommend

Wolf Shuttles provides a professional and reasonably priced shuttle service around the Cape Town area. I used them for airport transfers between Cape Town Airport and the city and Franschhoek, a longer trip from Hermanus to Franschhoek, and a full day tour of Cape Peninsula The company assigned Shafiek as our driver throughout and he did an excellent job, getting us from us from one place to another in good time and also acting as an impromptu guide on our tour of Cape Peninsula. I booked my transfers months in advance with Wolf Shuttles, and Bilkees Waja was a delight to communicate with. She was very efficient and prompt in answering all my questions. Highly highly recommended.
