The Cape of Good Hope & Cape Point morning tour is a true “must-do” experience when visiting Cape Town. This scenic Cape of Good Hope & Cape Point tour takes you along the peninsula to the Cape Point Nature Reserve, Cape Point lighthouse, and the Cape of Good Hope. The circular route from Cape Town to Cape Point Nature Reserve and back covers around 180 kilometres. By mid-morning we arrive at Cape Point Nature Reserve and continue to Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope, with ample time to walk to the old lighthouse and explore multiple viewpoints. Here you will find the spectacular 9 km stretch of pristine white sand beach, one of the longest in the Cape Peninsula, offering a stunning photo stop with sweeping ocean views and the backdrop of the surrounding mountains.

The Cape of Good Hope & Cape Point tour is widely regarded as a “must-do” experience when visiting Cape Town, offering an unforgettable journey to the southern tip of the Cape Peninsula. This scenic morning excursion takes you deep into the Cape Point Nature Reserve, a protected area renowned for its dramatic cliffs, rugged coastline, and rich biodiversity. Once inside the reserve, we continue by road to Cape Point, where you will have approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour to explore at your own pace. Take in the breathtaking ocean views, walk along the well-marked trails, to the historic old lighthouse, which offers panoramic vistas over the meeting of the Atlantic and Indian Oceans.

We will continue by road all the way to Cape Point, allowing you to fully enjoy the surrounding landscapes. After the Cape Point visit, we proceed to the Cape of Good Hope, the most south-westerly tip of the African continent, known for its dramatic scenery and iconic photo opportunities.

This is your guy

Patrick is a fantastic tour guide, very knowledgeable - he is Google encyclopaedia! We had a fantastic day. As a solo traveller, it was like having travel buddy for the day... Except one of us knew where we were going! Highlights for me included the blustery winds at Cape Point, the wild life mooching around (ostrich with babies and baboons eating wild berries). We finished off with the penguins. A perfect day, thanks again Patrick. Merci :))
