Any changes or updates can be done at least 24 hours before the ride to the same drop-off areas. Infant seats are available subject to availability, not guaranteed (ask for them as a special request).

I am lodging a formal complaint and requesting my bank to obtain my full refund. I waited 45 minutes at Cancun International on 8 May 2026 and the taxi never arrived. I paid another taxi to take me to my hotel. I expect Viator to investigate and support me getting a full refund from Elife Las Vegas. Karen Lee Lum is my name.

It can always be confusing, trying to pick up a car at the Cancun airport as there are so many people trying to find their ride. This service was able to get in touch with me via the phone and link me up with their driver. The car was nice and clean and large. The service was as promised, and the price was very reasonable.
