Pickup Locations & Times
**Airport Pickup:** Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and head to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver waits outside of the terminal in the Ground Transportation pick-up area holding a sign displaying an orange Cancun Travel Experience logo. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time. Arrivals: If by any chance, you encounter any issues locating your driver please go to any of the following meeting points: - Terminal 2 (Domestic arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (International arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 at Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 at Welcome Bar **Hotel Pickup:** Your exact pickup time will be confirmed a day before your flight departure, your driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Please be ready and waiting a few minutes before the confirmed pickup time, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.

Hello, We are very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. However, after reviewing our operation records, we were unable to find any report indicating that our team failed to arrive for the scheduled airport service. Our drivers and greeters operate through designated airport meeting points and remain available during the assigned waiting period for each reservation. Unfortunately, Cancun Airport can sometimes be confusing for arriving passengers due to unauthorized transportation providers approaching guests and creating misunderstandings regarding transportation services. It was ok for the ride however the communication of when to be ready was not correct. Almost got left by shuttle because I booked a 4AM pick up and the driver was told 3:25am pickup time. So he was just about to leave, the hotel never rang my room to let me know and no follow up email was sent to confirm time

They were wonderful round trip would book again! When it was time for pickup they had a sign out with our names came early to pick us up at the airport so we didn’t get stuck
Horrible did not show had a agent tell me driver left cause flight was delayed one hour the driver would come back in 2 hours or he could cancel for me and refund then 3 hours later a lady what’s app said I did not show and she had called but I hung up but proved I had no missed calls they are scammers they said they would charge my card no refunds but they didn’t give any service

We would like to kindly share that our team made several attempts to reach you. We placed multiple phone calls, and on two occasions the calls were answered but then disconnected. Additionally, we sent messages through the Viator app as well as via WhatsApp, but unfortunately we did not receive a response. Our driver remained at the airport and waited for you, even with the delay of your flight. We also want to mention that, unfortunately, there are often scammers at the airport who approach passengers pretending to be authorized personnel. In many cases, they inform clients that the driver will arrive in 2 hours, and if the client prefers not to wait, they offer a refund—this is not part of our service and can create confusion upon arrival. We sincerely regret that we were unable to connect with you at the time and assist as intended. Your experience is very important to us, and we truly apologize for any inconvenience caused. We were met at airport shortly after our flight by rep holding a sign with our name. He contacted our driver who pulled up quickly and then loaded our luggage for us. Luis (our driver) was wonderful and got us to our destination safely. Highly recommend!

Definitely negative experience with this agency, commissioned by our Italian agency to take care of transfers to and from the airport. Upon arrival our flight was delayed, a circumstance of which I had informed them promptly. Initially they confirmed that they would still pick us up at the airport, but in reality they never showed up, forcing us, in the middle of the night, to look for a taxi at our expense. Concerned about what happened, we asked our Italian agency to contact them for reassurances on the return transfer. We were explicitly assured that there would be no problem. Unfortunately I was right to doubt, even on the way back the driver did not show up at the hotel, they did not answer any telephone contact provided, making us seriously risk missing our flight. Only thanks to the promptness of the hotel staff who contacted a reliable taxi driver, we were able to get to the airport on time. As if that were not enough, upon returning to Italy the local agency refused to refund the service not performed. Fortunately, our Italian agency took care of the reimbursement, demonstrating professionalism and fairness. An unreliable and unserious behavior for a fundamental service such as airport transfer. If that's their professionalism, stay away.
