The driver Eslam was kind of cocky and uptight. He picked up a tour guide who spoke very fast and rather than going straight to the pyramids was taking me to stores to cater to businesses that they were familiar with. Moreover when we got to the pyramids they not only had me pay for myself to get in, but also pay for the driver to get in. Minded he was about to pay for himself due to issues with my credit card but the tour guide told him to have me pay instead. The tour ead to include al taxes and fees Also. Tgey dropped me off in difficult areas to de tge pyramids which quite frankly were a disappointment to see and filthy. The tour agency kept trying to get me to book other excursions with his company which I did book a bike river cruise with dinner which was amazing with a very nice driver and courteous man named Ahmad. I was pleased with Ahmad, but not Eslam and the tour guide.
