This will be your final stop after the city tour. An entry ticket to Burj Khalifa – At the Top will be provided. Please make your way to the viewing deck and enjoy your visit at your own pace. Afterward, kindly return to your hotel on your own. Burj Khalifa At The Top Burj Khalifa At The Top is the world-famous observation deck experience located in the iconic Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world, standing at 828 meters (2,717 feet). This popular attraction offers visitors a chance to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Dubai and beyond from high above the city. Observation Deck Levels124 & 125 ("At The Top") Height: Around 456 meters (1,496 feet) Features: High-powered telescopes, open-air terrace, interactive displays, and a 360-degree view. It was a classic tourist bait, I wanted to take the tour to the tower departing from the city that I was staying in, and the representative sent me a link which I used to make the reservation and purchase. But he did not tell me that the only pick up allowed was from the city where the tower was (Dubai), so when I realized that it was not possible, I could not cancel because was under the 24 hours cancelation time frame so I lost my money. Nicely done!

If you were outside the designated pick-up area, we regret that we could not accommodate your location, as this was clearly mentioned when you booked the tour. Non-Transferable Tickets: The entry ticket to the Burj Khalifa included in the tour is non-transferable and cannot be refunded once booked. This policy is also outlined in the tour description. Notification and Flexibility: We proactively reached out to you via email to inform you about the pick-up issue and provided ample time for you to cancel the booking free of charge. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response. It is disappointing to see a negative review now when the matter could have been addressed earlier. Refund Policy: The tickets were already purchased, and since they are non-refundable, issuing a refund would result in a financial loss for us. This is why we always encourage our guests to carefully read the tour details to avoid such situations. Lastly, we are not scammers, as you have called us. We cannot provide a refund when we know the situation was not caused by us, and we genuinely did our best to resolve the issue. We take pride in our transparency and dedication to providing quality service. Me and my friends went on a half day Dubai City. Tour arranged by Saifco Travel. We were greeted by a friendly guide at the hotel around 9 in the morning. Punctual and professional! A good start! We went ahead with the tour. Visited the mosque, zabeel palace, gold souq, Dubai Museum. Had a close glance of the magnificent Burj Arab. The Atlantis Hotel and the iconic Burj Khalifa and more. It was a trip well organized with a knowledgeable guide named Asif who loves what he do. Great experience. Value for money. Highly recommended.

<p>The tour was to visit main landmarks in Dubai. We were taken to Atlantis, drove past palaces and then taken to jumeriah mosque,,the tour was to include Dubai museum, however this was omitted from the tour and when asked told they could take us but wasn't part of the tour. The start of the tour was late. In addition to this we drove through the areas of bur Dubai and Deira. we were picked up late causing a 4 hour tour to last 7 hours in total. The tour guide didn't seem interested and spent most of the time in between on her mobile, she didn't appear to be very knowledgeable.<br/> It appeared that the tour was arranged with Saifco and the contracted out to Rayna Tours. When we contacted the tour operator, he text to say they were looking into the matter. He did contact us,however I missed the call and when I tried to return the call thee was no response. The worst part off the tour was at the end, were the group were taken to a Bollywood a store similar to Poundland but worse. We were forced to spend an hour in there while the tour guide did her shopping. When asked if we can be dropped back at our hotel we were told to arrange our own taxi at our own cost. The tour I feel was not to the standard expected given the reviews on viator. Very disappointed</p>
