Purchased the tickets through Trip Advisor from ANTT (3rd party) and never received my entry ticket. Tried calling and contacting the vendor with no luck. Missed my time frame to enter the Burj Khalif, as they did not accept the voucher and I had to have an actual ticket.
We sincerely apologize for your disappointing experience. Missing your Burj Khalifa entry due to not receiving your ticket is unacceptable. We appreciate you sharing this feedback and will work to ensure better communication and support for future guests.
Good view.Good service. Just insufficient seating.Could have been even better if it had a glass walk or even edge walking.
Thank you for your positive feedback. We'll work on improving seating and consider your suggestions for enhancing the experience.
It’s definitely worth paying the extra to skip the line—otherwise you wait up to 2 hours to go up and down the elevator. Views are awesome from the top!! I would have rated this a 5-star if we hadn’t had the issue that the tour operator never provided us with the necessary tickets/bar codes that we needed to actually get entry once we were at The Burj Khalifa. It took nearly an hour to get the issue resolved.
We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the inconvenience. We'll ensure smoother ticketing processes in the future. Thank you for sharing.
This is NOT a personalized tour guided by guest ambassador as advertised. It was just an overcharged unescorted regular "skip the line" gig. We got there on time and picked up our tickets from the ticketing counter. We were then told by the ticketing counter staff to line up where all the "skip the line" tourists were. No guest ambassador yet. We wanted to wait for the guest abassador but we were told to "keep walking", so we followed the crowd to security scanning and line up for elevators up to 125/F and 148/F. Still no guest ambassador. The promised guest ambassador was nowhere to be seen even after we finished viewing and came down back to the lower ground floor of Burj Khalifa. The tour operator was polite and helpful until we contacted them about our situation, then they went unresponsive. So if you cherish your hard earned money like we do, please think twice or even thrice before purchasing. P.S. Just sharing our personal experience, there was quite a long queue even for the "skip the line" VIPs. We queued for 40mins from ticket pickup to reaching 148/F.
We are sorry for your bad experience and have shared your review with the management to look into this. Thank You
The building was so tall, you can feel you were going higher while on the elevator but overall it was beautiful!
We are glad that you had a great time. We do appreciate you time for this Feeback. Thank You
Had a great time paying that bit extra to skip the line is a must if you are only in Dubai a few days
We are glad that you had a great time. We do appreciate you time for this Feeback. Thank You
Recommendation to book tickets at sunset. The Lounge Ticket includes the highest floors, above the Visitor Center on floor 125. The visitor centre can also be visited. There are small snacks and drinks. P.p. an alcoholic beverage. Access to Fast Lane even when shutting down. Very short waiting times. With lounge access you get additional admission to the aquarium in Dubai Mall. Watch out! Unlike at least us when buying tickets at the Dubai Mall sold without admission to the Penguins and behind the Scenes. Price high, but you will also be rewarded with a great view.
Thank you for your detailed Feedback, it really helps other guest to decide on the tour. We are glad you had a great time and really appreciate your time for this feedback. Thank You
We did the Sun down visit and went to the very top, floor 250 yes it’s not cheap but felt it was value for Money ..yes you only get one small glass of alcohol but there was plenty of food and the views are spectacular, we felt un rushed and un hurried … great experience … you can easily spend a couple hrs over the various floor lane so don’t rush
Thank You so much for your review. We appreciate your time and are glad that you had a great time and enjoyed yourself. Thank You
The operators have found the most efficient way of moving people trough the building and at the same time making it a pleasant experience.
Thank You for your review, we really appreciate your time.
The whole experience was ruined because they refused to let us use our small travel stroller for our infant. It's quite a long walk to the elevator and with a squirming screaming little guy it's miserable. Without the stroller to help him calm down, our plans for staying at the top until sunset were cut short. The whole anti-stroller policy is just stupid. No refund. No remorse from the manager we spoke with. There was no evidence of a "VIP experience" or cutting queues. Despite huge ticket price we waited just like everyone else. Fortunately the queues were not very long. No "tea at the top" unless you want to queue on the 148th floor for a tiny paper cup of tea. The views are good, the elevator is fast. The glass is very dirty so photos don't work well because the interior is reflected. (nothing like Hancock tower or Willis Tower in Chicago which use some kind of special glass that doesn't reflect). For singles, for couples, for families with grown kids this might be fun. For those with toddlers, just don't bother.
we are so sorry for your experience and will surly taken the matter up with the management. We will make sure your experience reaches the management and the same is taken care off and also if the strollers can be permitted if the management can change some policies on this one. Thank You
