At the Top, Burj Khalifa's observation deck, is one of Dubai’s most popular destinations. With your admission, you'll have exclusive access to the highest observatory in the world. In the special elevator, be entertained by a multimedia presentation about the history of Dubai and the engineering marvel that is Burj Khalifa. Then peer out the observation deck's floor-to-ceiling glass walls that provide an unobstructed 360-degree view of the city, desert, and ocean.
See one of the world's largest reptiles, and rare species aquarium. It houses thousands of aquatic animals, comprising over 140 species. Over 300 sharks and rays live in this tank, including the largest collection of Sand Tiger sharks in the world.

HOTEL TRANSFER ( PICK UP) IS ONLY AVAILABLE IF THE OPTION SELECTED • If TICKET only option selected - please make own arrangement to "At the Top, Burj Khalifa" ticket counter, located on the lower ground level in The Dubai Mall, opposite the food court. • Please note that the "At the Top, Burj Khalifa counter", Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are all part of the same complex. • Get accurate directions by asking at the Dubai Mall Service Desks or look for signage indicating the direction to the Burj Khalifa. • Please arrive at the redemption point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays. • If Ticket + Transfer option selected - The time you have selected will be Burj Khalifa visit time and hotel pick up will be 01 hours prior to the selected visit time. • The Hotel pickup is only available from hotels in Dubai – Deira / Bur Dubai / Downtown / Al Barsha/Marina /Jumeirah / Palm Jumeirah area and Dubai Port Rashid Cruise Terminal and Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal. Additional charges applicable to arrange pick up from any other locations.

- You will receive an instant confirmation email (VIATOR /TRIPADVISOR VOUCHER) after the booking is made, but it cannot be used to redeem at “At the Top - Burj Khalifa” ticket counter.
- You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator(Odyssey DMC) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made.
- Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) and show to the staff at the Burj Khalifa entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.
- Please note that during peak tourist season, weekend and public holidays this option will also have some waiting time at the Ticket Counter / Elevator.
- Please arrive at the redemption point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays
- Due to high demand, your chosen time slot may not be available: if this happens you will be allocated a new time slot… a new time slot closest to your initially requested time subject to availability”

Absolute disaster with kids. You reserve a slot and pay way too much money. We had a fixed slot but had to wait 2 extra hours. You stay 15 mins because it's extremely busy and you have to wait another 2 hrs to get down again. Very bad organisation...it s all about the money!!

Burj Khalifa was very busy and spent most morning queuing . Will look next time at fast tickets or go there 2 pm where most of queues had disappeared. Aquarium was ok and had to change floors to see all .

We have waited up to 3 hours for about 15 minutes of visiting. I wouldn't buy tickets on time again. Impossible
Uncivilicised experiense. Waited one hour to go up and 1.5 hrs to go down . I am writing this review from the elevator que. tour operator instructions is not clear as well. Do not buy this tour unles it includes fast track and believe me it does not worth your time and money

We had to wait about 3 hours on the line before getting to 124 and 125 level. We had time 11:30, and those people who bought tickets on spot get in before than e- ticket buyers.

The amount of money they charged wasn’t worth it. To out look from the 124th floor was cool but $45 naw. Then the aquarium was another $45 that can be seen from the outside of the mall the description made it seem like there was a large aquarium, but I could’ve walked around the mall and seen it for free.

I went with my boyfriend and we loved it! The views from the Burj Khalifa were amazing and the Aquarium experience was incredible!
From pick up to drop off this tour was amazing. The Burj Khalifa was spectacular and as for the aquarium, it was amazing. We topped it off with a wander around Dubai Mall. A great day out
A Dubai must! A world wonder. The organization is flawless. Very fast moving lanes, so no crowded. The view is one of a kind.
I attended at night, its really busy so expect longer wait times. But the view is breathtaking 😍 There's a wait to exit also so keep in mind if you are on time schedule give additional time as there's only two elevators.
