A lot of wait time and rush. Almost 1.5 hours in queue for the elevator. View was good from the top. It's not worth the money spent.

Impossible to get to the destination. They sell a time slot and you need to stand in the line for 2+ hours to get inside. The place is catastrophically overbooked. Tourist trap.

I came up to Ahmed with my family to organize some possible trips in Dubai. He gave us all the needed information, kindly explained all the details and everything was very clear to us. Any problems we encountered, Ahmed helped us resolve it. I truly appreciated his professionalism and help. The prices were really good and I did not have to buy anything separately which was very coneveniet - all the tickets were sent to me immediately and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Huge queues, even with pre buying tickets. If you can get over that and the really busy viewing platform, then well worth the money. The views are spectacular.
We took a tour at the Sheraton JBR hotel, helped with buying tickets to Burj Khalifa Ramzy Sadik. He understands both Russian and English very well. There was also a great price and discounts Everything is fast and good, thank you very much.
