Only book this tour if you’re willing to waste your whole day. Even if the starting time was specified we were asked to be ready for pick up 1 hour and 45 minutes before and not even at the lobby of the hotel but outside, we were asked to take a taxi, very convenient. For a 4-hour activity you have to waste two hours before and the same at the end picking up and dropping off other guests. Refund was asked but the supplier ignored us and the agency hasn’t issued anything yet. Be very careful with the activities booked with Caribbean Medley Tours, not recommended.
The service Reginald and Coca Cola team was excellent. We did the Buggy tour, horse back riding, swim in the canota. They were very helpful .
Everything good excellent animation 👌 with yahaira
Very professional and we surely had an excellent time, I recommend it. The tour guide, Reginald, was excellent.
Absolutely miserable experience. Extremely hot and dusty. Buggys were all dilapidated and cobbled together. There are literally HUNDREDS of people from various tour operators along the trails which are actually just roads, some paved, some gravel. Lots of waiting around waiting on bottlenecks to clear. The stops were also crowded with hundreds of people and nothing more than opportunities for pushy vendors to try to sell you overpriced junk. My kids especially were really looking forward to this and it was so bad we ended up canceling the other excursions we had booked on our trip for fear they would be similar to this one. Just terrible from start to finish. Would recommend avoiding all the buggy tours as whichever of the dozens of tour operators you use, it's all the same thing.
Amazing 10/10 experience! Tour guides were very good and we went to all of the attractions before all of the big tour groups took over which was great. Thank you!!! Reginald was our guide and was so fun!
Buggies were so much fun! Coffee house was interesting and the cave was beautiful. Enjoyed this very much.
Great 😁, very organized with a team of guides who are very professional and attentive.
The Buggies were fun. The beach and cenote were fun. The Dominican house was an absolute shake down. It’s high pressure sales for Nick-nacks (they actually sell a Ben-gay like product and market it as though it’s made right there) for as long as you stay. And don’t ask the price. You won’t get a price until they take you to check out and it’s at least 4 times market price ($50 each for a small bag of coffee beans and a small bag of ground cocoa). And if you find a price you agree on, more fees will be inexplicably added on. So frustrating and really ruined what would have been a fun excursion otherwise. The buggy operators would be wise to cut this part out and just increase their price per passenger, since they obviously take a cut of this. Find another buggy tour until they cut this portion.
We had a great time! It was a much smaller tour with just 5 or so buggies. Having a photographer on the tour was a huge plus.
