Seafood!

Travis was an excellent tour guide, kind, humorous, helpful & informed. I wish he would have somehow acknowledged my daughter’s 18th birthday. We traveled from Washington to be here on her birthday., Boston also needed to turn down the humidity, though. It was a bit of a struggle for this old lady from the west coast to do all the walking.

Fresh Seafood on an Informative Walk

Ilan was a fantastic tour guide. We were about 9 people, and Ilan engaged and connected with all of us in equal measure while making the walk super informative. Learnt a lot of history. The food was super fresh and tasty. It was a decent, very doable walk with stops in a lively but not overwhelming part of Boston.

Great eats!!

Tasty experience in the old seafood district of Boston. We stopped at 4 locations on this walking tour ( about a mile and half). The best part was access to the fish market to see some behind scenes look at a processing plant. Sampled the local oysters while we were there too. The guide provided all kinds of knowledge of anything you wanted to know about Boston or seafood in general. The group was so interactive that we began to run behind schedule( nobody cared), so he called ahead to our last stop to ensure all our food was ready upon arrival. In the summer months it is hot and walking can take a toll on those with mobility concerns. Shade was also at a premium in some places. Bring sun screen, neck fans and sun umbrellas😅

Pass this up

This tour was an extreme disappointment. The directions to the meeting place were sketchy so it started off poorly. We had specifically taken the tour to have a small group of no more than 12. Another guide did not show so instead of cancelling a tour we now had 24 people. The tour co. should have texted and given us a choice of another day. The group was too large to be able to stand near the guide to hear. Warren, the guide, was sweet and did the best he could, but the narrow streets of Boston prevented the group from getting near him. The samples were just that, small samples. NO where near the $80 price tag per person. Go on your own and sample anything you like. This was a disaster and i say skip it.

Poor

Over all my tour was not what I expected. We spent more time looking at buildings than the food tour. Plus at one point we ate Sushi behind a building. I give this tour 1 star.

Travis was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure to get us comfortable and seated before bringing us our food and making sure we had anything we needed. This was a great way to get little bites of Boston.
