Well I had bought tickets for Monday 31-04-2025 and when we got there the market was closed. And Monday night we flew home. So tickets for not bought. And tried to find an email address for contact but that Can't find it either.

The app kept crashing so I was not able to open the audio tour. Tried reinstalling the app twice and rebooting the phone and still couldnt get it to work.

An informative easy to follow tour for an hour. Definately worth it if you haven't been before. The only negative was that two people narrated the tour but it was a bit too jokey with an annoying lady chiming in with some stupid jokes that weren't funny, not necessary. It should have just been factual, but apart from that we had an excellent time. Very busy bustly place with tons to see and some interesting stalls and great food, we'll go again!!

Very very successful stay... the market was really great... we discovered many facets of English gastronomic customs... and bought delicious Christmas pudding... enough to destroy the legend of bad British cuisine...

The market is large and can be overwhelming. This tour is a great way to learn about its history and the key players. We did it at our own pace and stopped to sample foods and drinks whenever we felt like it!

We were unable to download the audio tour. And after sending an email to tour operator we have been ignored. Fortunately, we didn't spend much on this tour and we enjoyed Borough Market on our own.
