Frank We had a great time thanks to you. Thank you very much.
Naho and Nabil of Brighton Tours were great!
Excellent trip with Naho and Nabil! Everything went smoothly and the Blue Mountain vistas were incredible.
Mr. Frank was kind. I had very good memories.
I was thrilled to see the Blue Mountain look so bluish!!
Great time. Worth every penny. Tom our guide was great. Funny and informative. Really did a great job as a tour guide showing us the lay of the land. Highly recommend this tour, especially with Tom Tom.
Participated in the World Heritage Blue Mountain Tour. It was quite cold because it was in the middle of winter, but I can't say I had the experience to visit. Whenever you come to Sydney, it is better to visit. But this tour has multiple problems. The instructions along the way are in the guidebook, and search sites are better. Although it says it is a Japanese guide, it is better to realize that this tour is not just for Japanese. If you have difficulty speaking English, it is better not to choose. The biggest problem is that the meeting time and place they sent us the day before were completely different. If you wait at the designated place on the day, you won't be picked up, or you can't get through even if you call the emergency contact. Eventually, I called the head office from the hotel front desk and finally found out the correct location. Fortunately, it was a bit late because it was close to the meeting place, but I wonder what they were going to do if they didn't make it. I wonder if they had cancelled it as a No show. The guides on the day may not be to blame for the miscommunication, but I think it's all too unreliable for the operator not to even apologize for the mistake made by someone belonging to the same company as me, 'because I didn't email them.' It's not worth valuing as a tour, but Blue Mountain was great so I put one on.
Dear Seiko, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologise again for the incorrect pick-up information that was sent to you prior to your tour. As explained in our previous correspondence, this was caused by an internal communication error, and we completely understand how frustrating and stressful this must have been. We have since reviewed our procedures to help prevent this from happening again. We're also sorry to hear that our service on the day, including the communication from our team, did not meet your expectations. Your comments regarding the guide experience and customer service have been shared with our management team and staff for further review. While we're pleased you were still able to experience the beauty of the Blue Mountains, we're disappointed that your overall experience with us fell short of what we aim to deliver. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We genuinely appreciate it as it helps us improve. Kind regards, Brighton Tours
This was the BEST experience! Our guides (Nabil and Shiori) were amazing!! They were so helpful and informative! Absolutely the best! I would go on this tour again next time I am in Australia!
Amazing tour guide!!! Nabil was so friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging! This tour took us to the most beautiful spots in the blue mountains and we even got to stop at the town of leura which had the most delicious spots for lunch!
Nabil was a fantastic driver and guide for the Blue Mountains. The trip was first class and would definitely recommend the trip.
