Bintan Snorkeling Tour

We booked a snorkeling tour with a pick up at our hotel. The price was very reasonable, so we were very pleasantly surprised that the tour was just for the 2 of us. Arif, the driver, picked us up and drove us an hour to the dock, where a boat picked us up and took us to a private kelong. (Arif was so friendly and chatty, and we learned so much about Bintan and Indonesia from him). There, Dimas, the snorkeling guide, was in the water with us, showing us lots of fish and taking our pictures/video with his underwater go pro. Everything was on our schedules, as there was no one else but us on the tour. It was amazing. Thank you!

Great experience. Very organised tour. Very punctual. All stuff very nice and friendly. Our guide was very helpful and taking care of us at all times. They send us the pics and videos they took the next day. Would recommend 100%!

amazing and smooth experience from start to finish - we were picked up from our hotel and then had an hour-long drive to the beach where we had a 10-minute boat ride to a floating platform area with snorkeling and kayaking gear. there are lockers to store your bags while you snorkel, and our guide brought us out to see clownfish, parrotfish, and even some jellyfish! flippers, masks, and snorkel tubes were provided and we had a great couple hours snorkeling with the guide and free snorkeling after. basic showers and changing room facilities were also provided, and the guide took pictures of us on the company's GoPro! our driver waited for us so we were picked up straightaway and got back to our hotel promptly. wonderful experience and very value for money :)

Amazing! We booked our tour forgetting that there was an hour difference between Singapore and Indonesia. We arrived very early (8:30am for a 10:30am booking), and our driver Ari arrived for our ferry arrival without being asked at 8:30am. He noted that there was only one ferry before 10:30am, and picked us up. So kind! He made our trip go so smoothly! We took a small boat over to a floating house, where we were provided kayaks, snorkeling gear, coffee, tea, and water. They helped us find Nemo, feed zebra fish, and jump off of a platform, all while staying close and keeping a watchful eye. The experience was freeing and so much fun, highly recommend this. What a blast!

Went for the day - fished, snokelled and kayaked to the White Sands Island. The guys were friendly and welcoming and took good care of me and my wife. You could snorkel as long as you wanted, chill as long as you wanted, kayak as long as you wanted...you get the idea!!! Now I've travelled a lot and done many tours and snorkelling trips but this was truly epic. They also threw in videos and pics of the snorkelling adventure. I recommend highly.

Amazing snorkelling experience. Guides were very professional, helpful and kind. Pickup from ferry at 8am and back to hotel at 3pm. Kelong was good and clean. We werr given a room to change and rest. Great food and drinks. Snorkeling was safe for all including my 6yo and we were all doing it for the first time. Beautiful fish and corals. Guides gave us bread to feed and attract the fish and took amazing photos and videos of us. Unfortunately, due to monsoon, it rained heavily for the next 4hours so we fished on the kelong in the rain. Crazy fun. But due to safety and choppy seas and heavy rain, we could not kayak. Will be back next time in the summer months to enjoy again. Really enjoyable outdoor water adventure, rustic fun for city folks.

It was very fun, I especially enjoyed the Kayaking but the water was not very clear and most of the corals were dead except for one for pictures.

This was a great tour. The operator responds quickly to requests and questions. Our driver was great, it was a smooth trip from the resort to the beach. The boat ride to the kelong was also a lot of fun. We got to do a lot of activities like snorkeling, kayaking, swimming, and jumping from the platform. The staff also took a lot of videos and pictures in the water and we got them back the next day. They also led us to the areas with fish and coral. Would love to do this again if I ever get the chance!

We were collected from our hotel 4 Points and driven an hour to boat. Good way to see island. Driver couldn’t speak much English but that’s ok . He was pleasant. Got handed to a colleague at beach who was with another couple and told he would look after us. He didn’t . He talked to other couple and we had no idea what was going on. Trip on dingy was rough but ok. Arrived at man made structure in water about 20 min out. Snorkelling was good but water not clear so hard to see fish. Many tiny fish but mostly sane type. Guys in water with you were great. Really helpful. Everyone on structure was very helpful . Not rushed at all. Knew no food provided and can’t buy anything so bring your own. This was not an issue. Places to change and sit. Driver met us back on land and drove us back. All up a low budget snorkelling outing of 6-7 hours. Would recommend for the price.

From the moment they picked us up from our hotel to the moment they dropped us off, we felt like royalty. Mr. Rio went above and beyond to ensure our family had an unforgettable experience. He personally drove us to the speed boat and arranged everything with precision and care. His kindness, patience, and attention to detail made us feel so comfortable and at ease. The snorkelling trip itself was breathtaking! While the water was not that crystal-clear waters, we were still able to experience the vibrant marine life, and stunning coral reefs. Mr. Rio and his team were always nearby, ensuring our safety and also helped us to take a lot of underwater photos and videos. My wife could not swim well but yet his team has helped her to gain confidence and went into the water to experience the fun herself. Our kids had an absolute blast, and we couldn't be more grateful to Mr. Rio and his team for creating such an enjoyable and educational experience for them.
