Travel along two carefully planned routes aboard a modern, fully electric bus fleet, offering a quiet, smooth ride and a more sustainable way to explore the city. On board, enjoy audio commentary, free Wi-Fi, and the freedom to hop on and off as often as you like. Selected tickets can be combined with additional experiences such as a guided walking tour, a Danube river cruise, or a ride on Vienna’s iconic Giant Ferris Wheel.

They don't come one time. I was waiting for the bus for one hour with other people at ther stop of the Beldevere palace and the bus didn't come. We had to pay a taxi to go back, so paying for Big Bus is not worth It.
The audio guide was okay, but there is lots of room for improvement. I felt like we really just used the bus as our transportation from one stop to another. If you want a true tour guide, the Big Bus is not for you. There isn’t a lot of information given here. We did enjoy taking the red bus route loop for a nice overview of the central part of the city.
We enjoyed our tour of Vienna on the a big bus. The audio narration was good. Could have been a bit more explicit as we neared places of interest. Loved the music on the audio as well.

Worked well in general. Would love to have more time. We spent a little too much time in some places so we unfortunately only went 20% of the trip. Poor planning by us, but why do you stop driving so early?

Additionally, local traffic regulations and driving hour restrictions for our drivers play a big role in why the service wraps up in the late afternoon or early evening. Trolley is great…takes you so many places. Only issue was one bus the air conditioning wasn’t working well and it was a 100 degree day

This is the ideal way to discover Vienna. The red row is long, but you really see almost everything. The blue tour goes to the palaces and is shorter. The audio explanation is good. Staff member Stella helped us tremendously with ordering our tickets in combination with the City Card. Nice enthusiastic lady, gave a lot of explanation.

The bus stops were clearly marked with banners and a cart and personnel was available to help as needed. We were on a cruise and there was a stop at the cruise terminal which was very convenient for us! We rode both the blue and red lines and got a nice narrated overview of this beautiful city.
