Pleasant way to see the city at night

Was a great way to see the city at night. Thought we might get a bit closer to the acropolis for photos. The audio seemed to be same audio as the daytime and seemed to be a bit out of sync at times

Operator response

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the night tour and found it to be a great way to see the city after dark. Experiencing the sights illuminated at night can offer a unique and memorable perspective. At the same time, we’re sorry to hear that you were expecting to get closer to the Acropolis for photo opportunities. We understand how important this is, and while our routes are planned with traffic regulations and accessibility in mind, we appreciate that this can sometimes limit proximity to certain landmarks. We also regret to hear that the audio commentary felt out of sync at times and seemed similar to the daytime version. Your feedback on this is very important, as we aim to provide a smooth and engaging experience that matches the route and timing of the tour. Thank you again for your comments. They help us continue improving and refining the experience for our guests. Flavius@BigBusTours
