Clarity is lacking in the actual itinerary, although good service and good price.

We started badly because the time the start is published (09:00) was not, so when they call us to say they are on their way to pick us up, we had to run to reach the meeting point, they should specify that information well, since the team goes to one hour and on the page is to another. Once already in the van, we were very comfortable and both the driver and the guide are very friendly and collaborative, we were very comfortable; about the locations: Tlatelolco is something very short and punctual, it's okay. - The obsidian and liquor tasting workshop part is an interesting explanation for commercial purposes. - Teotihuacán went with another guide and I feel it was very short and a bit to the races, only a little more than 1 hour when in the itinerary it is 2 hours and 30 minutes. - Basilica of Guadalupe we returned with the guide and it was perhaps the most complete part. In short, it is a good experience, it is very well priced compared to other companies, the van, the driver and the guide (when it was) very well, great human team, it is only improve or be clear with the start time since it is not nice to run and fulfill the time in Teotihuacan, which is the main thing, would be fulfilled what is promised and therefore would be 5 stars.

Definitely a Must See

Very Interesting. The tour guide was excellent is sharing information and her experiences in Teotihuacan. Seeing the temples up close and being able to climb the Moon Temple is a definite must. The views from the top are spectacular. The Basilica of Guadalupe was impressive. The history around St. Guadalupe and the churches is important to understand how religion plays a major role in Mexico. This tour was great for learning more about the Mexican culture. Highly recommend.

It was a great value for...

It was a great value for the money. The guide at the Pyramids, Susanna was terrific. Also Alet was an amazing guide at the Guadalupe church. Don't forget to tip your guides. They work very hard.

Perfect.

We booked this tour from Mexico City and did not regret it. First of all, of course we were the only customers of this title, the company did not attempt to move it or cancel it which is a huge positive because, just Teotihucan, the entrances to the site and the private speaker guide assigned to us would have cost us more than the entire tour if we had gone there on our own. In other words, the company probably lost money that day. The three tours are particularly interesting and allow to discover some parts of the history of Mexico little known to foreigners like us. Our guide Vanessa was attentive and very informative throughout the day and especially she is a professional guide, so she knew her subject at her fingertips. Andrés our driver had a smooth and pleasant ride, anticipating any potential difficulties. The vehicle that was used for the excursion was immaculately clean and at the end of the day Andrés was kind enough to drop us off at our Airbnb rather than at the drop-off point originally scheduled. Moreover, last point to note, although the agency usually wakes up with a restaurant in the surroundings for lunch the latter was not imposed on us. We would like to have lunch in a more typical place and had found an address (a few meters from the planned restaurant), which was no problem. I highly recommend this title for the quality of its organization and the professionalism of the Ballons City team!

Excellent tour with excellent guides.

We loved the tour. Our guide Francis in the pyramids, our driver Alejandro and our main guide Arlet were excellent making us learn and feel the history of the places we visited. Special mention again to Arlet, I don't know how much she charges for this tour but whatever it is is little for how well she does and the joy she conveys.
