The Alcázar of Toledo or Royal Alcázar of Toledo is a civil and military fortification located in one of the highest parts of the Spanish city of Toledo.
Zocodover Square is a square in the Spanish city of Toledo, in the autonomous community of Castile-La Mancha. It was the nerve centre of the city for most of its history and served as its main square. Juan de Herrera designed part of it during the reign of Philip II.
Toledo Cathedral is the Primate Cathedral of Spain. You will not have seen another cathedral like it in Spain. Toledo Cathedral is the second largest but one of the oldest and probably the one that houses the greatest wealth. The first Archbishop of Spain still resides here.
The Aqueduct of Segovia is an aqueduct that carried water to the Spanish city of Segovia until 1973. Its construction dates back to the early 2nd century AD, at the end of the reign of Emperor Trajan or the beginning of Hadrian's reign, during the Roman Empire.
The Holy Cathedral Church of Our Lady of the Assumption and Saint Frutos of Segovia, known as the Lady of Cathedrals due to its size and elegance, is a cathedral built between the 16th and 18th centuries in the Gothic style with some Renaissance features.
The Alcázar of Segovia, dating from the early 12th century, is one of the most famous medieval castles in the world and one of the most visited monuments in Spain

Our private tour was characterized by a wonderful driver (Rouen) and two excellent tour guides (Carol and Louis; apologies if I don’t get names perfect). The weather in Segovia was very cold but we kept walking to stay warm. Both towns were worthy of visiting. Our only recommendation - do not have lunch at Meson de Candido. Lunch was not included but the operators thoughtfully made us reservations at this historic place. It is charming and the family was quite nice - perhaps enjoy a glass of wine there but eat elsewhere in Segovia. All in all, the tour team was top notch and accommodated us with great professionalism, knowledge and obvious pride in their towns.
