We chose this tour because we wanted to be safe and return to the ship on time. The van was clean and the driver was good. Paris has a lot of traffic, so we were happy to have a professional driver. The river cruise was a bit crowded, but the view was beautiful. It is a lot of driving, but it is the easiest way to see Paris.

I chose this because I didn't want to walk 20,000 steps in one day. The bus takes you close to the landmarks, and the river cruise lets you see everything while sitting down. It’s ideal for seniors or families with kids. The view from the water is actually better than from the crowded streets. A very low-stress way to experience Paris.
Fun day! We saw the highlights of Paris and the ride from the cruise terminal was very pretty. Our favorite part was the cruise on the Seine River.
We didn’t get what we thought we signed up for. Tour didn’t include any of the stops. Basically a 3 hour bus ride (each way) for nothing. No Notre Dame no Eiffel Tower sad. Tour operator wouldn’t discuss and Viator simply pushed it to the tour operator. VERY BAD day in Paris

Please note that admission tickets and interior visits have never been included or promised in this tour. Due to the limited time cruise ships spend in the Port of Le Havre and the distance between Le Havre and Paris, exploring site interiors is not technically possible within the timeframe. If your wish is to explore the interiors of these landmarks, we recommend returning by air and allowing more than 4 hours in Paris. Alternatively, you may choose to spend the full 10 hours exploring Le Havre itself — the choice is yours. Regarding your comment “we thought we signed up for”: when booking with Viator, we strongly recommend basing expectations on the tour description, inclusions, and itinerary rather than assumptions. An excellent experience with this tour! The meeting point was well described, and the tour was as explained. They made the best of the long haul and the short time in Paris.
Only book this tour if you pack a lunch and wear Depends! Only two bathroom stops in over 10 hours. No stop anywhere for lunch. Tour guide spoke English with a heavy French accent. He was very hard to understand. Most passengers gave up and ignored him.

In accordance with public health requirements, we provide two restroom stops during each three-hour transfer to and from Paris, plus an additional two within the city. If you require more frequent stops, we highly recommend booking a private rather than a shared tour. 2. A sit-down lunch has never been advertised or promised. Given the cruise ship’s limited time in port, we have only 10 hours in total, including 6 hours spent on transfers. For this reason, we allow time only to grab a quick snack rather than a full sit-down meal. 3. All of our guides are certified to conduct English-speaking tours. Please note, however, they do not speak American English. If you find international accents difficult to understand, we encourage more frequent travel abroad to become familiar with them. 4. Please refrain from referring to “most passengers,” as yours is the only negative feedback we received from the entire group. Your refund request has been declined by Viator, as all services were delivered in full and all the sites listed in the itinerary were visited.
