- Pickup time will be received one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pickup time, please check your mail including SPAM folder. - If we do not have pick-up availability from your accommodation you will be assigned the closest meeting point to your hotel. - Meeting points for travellers on airbnb, hotels outside our pick-up area or any other location we cannot reach: - Meeting point in Cancun: outside the One Cancun Centro Hotel on Tulum Avenue - Meeting point in Playa del Carmen : Outside Coco Bongo in Playa del Carmen - Meeting point in Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras : There is no pick up from any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point is in Coco Bongo Playa Del Carmen. - Pickup time is set according to your location and tour availability. Travelers who do not provide a hotel name as a pick-up location at least 24 hours in advance will be automatically assigned the meeting point at the One Cancun Center. - For the Playa del Carmen area reservations are subject to availability. - Depending on availability and area of your hotel hours may change. - We do not offer pickup service at any airbnb or private addresses.

- Extra charges for souvenir purchases, photos, or any extra purchases could be an additional 16% VAT. Any extra charges during the experience are completely alien to our company
- Our company is not responsible for guarantees or charges on inclusions not mentioned in the contracted package, such as souvenirs, photos and any extra purchases during the tour inside and outside our facilities
- Once inside the park, the activities are carried out in approximately 4 hours, which may vary depending on the weather and other factors, in addition to the transfer time to and from your hotel
- If you carry a baby between 1 and 3 years you must mention it in your reservation

We got to the meeting point and no one was there. We try to contact them but they never answers the phone. We paid everything in advance for nothing we got robbed. Very disappointed
Great trip to do. The zip wires , ATV and Cenote swim were awesome fun. Very safe and very good value for money. It’s a must do if in the Cancun Area.
Amazing experience is worth it. Our pick up and drop off time and location was very convenient close to our hotel. Staff at the park was very nice.
Great experience. Guides were all great! Quick drive from puerto Morelos. Atv, horseback riding, zip lining, cenote and of course the flavored tequila tasting with tacos was a great way to end the excursion!

I had the worst experience with this company and would never recommend them. They are completely unreliable. They claimed they would provide the pickup time 24 hours before the tour, but I had to keep chasing them just to get basic information. They also claimed they came to my hotel for pickup, which is simply not true. I was in the hotel lobby the entire time, and no one ever showed up. They had my cell number and could have called me or contacted the hotel front desk, but they didn’t. It’s clear they did all of this to avoid issuing a refund by hiding behind their policy. This company is dishonest and should be avoided.
We've been doing this job for many years and pick up hundreds of travelers from their hotels every day. We have absolutely no reason to have specifically decided not to pick you up. In fact, the positive reviews of our service speak for themselves. Thank you very much.

Great day that had several mini tours, all packed in together. Staff so nice and professional. I brought an ol pair of throwaway tennis shoes, bottled water, towel, photo and tip money. Property had restrooms, outdoor showers, changing rooms, $5 lockers, souvenirs, alcohol for purchase, and a simple Mexican taco meal at finish. Great value for price. Recommend.
