If the travel number isn't provided, we’ll meet you inside the ticket office. - At the Hotel: In the hotel lobby or reception. - From Your Apartment/Stay: At the entrance. If your accommodation requires special access (e.g., chip/card entry), it's your responsibility to arrange for the driver to enter. Otherwise, the driver will wait as close as possible to the entry point. If you somehow can't locate your driver, you can always text us on Whatsapp. If you share your email, we’ll send you the driver’s details. If your hotel isn't listed here, don't worry! Check the Google map link below. If your hotel is within the green zone, we’ll pick you up or drop you off anywhere in that area. Just let us know your hotel name. I was able to share my WhatsApp account via text in advance, so I could tell them about flight delays. It was nice to be able to join them very smoothly on the day. The driver was very kind and we were able to communicate in English.

The dispatchers were very clear and communicative, the drivers showed up a few minutes early each time I booked, and the cars were clean. UB traffic is no joke and I felt very safe in their care!

He waited for me at the exit with my name. After joining us, we were able to exchange money. They brought their luggage to the car and even if we got stuck in traffic, we were able to get to Ulaanbaatar in about an hour. It was a very satisfying experience. I recommend it.

We enjoyed this tour very much. The guide provided a good introduction to information about Mongolia. The drive was long but we had two very nice bathroom stops when needed. Snacks were also provided along the way. The people operating the camel ride were very helpful, helping us to mount and dismount, leading us on the ride, and taking many pictures and a couple of videos of our experience. The guide and driver also took our pictures and were a lot of fun. The tour guide also provided a traditional Mongolian lunch in a ger. On the way back to the hotel we played a traditional Mongolian game which completed our experience. We would definitely recommend this tour to others.
