We begin our tour at the East Side Gallery, the longest remaining stretch of the Berlin Wall, where your guide brings history to life with stories of division, reunification, and creativity. You’ll learn how this once heavily guarded border strip transformed into today’s open-air gallery and vibrant neighborhood, reflecting Berlin’s resilience and ever-changing spirit.
Our expert Berliner guide will show you around one of the last still existing, subcultural centers of Berlin. You will get to know about the turbulent and unique history of this revamped, historical village in the heart of the district Friedrichshain and discover the best street art you'll ever see.

Margo & Alex are the consummate professionals. Their insights and connection to the area provide a unique and entertaining afternoon. Margo’s passion and long term connection to the RAW district delivers a locals perspective rather than one derived from a book. Starve yourself before the tour because the food and beer/wine is plentiful. Tip, save some room for the final offering/desert because the picture you see here is waiting for you. As you can read we (family 4) thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend you select this tour.
Come hungry. Food was fabulous. Not just German food, also included Turkish food. Tour guide Alex was very knowledgeable. We enjoyed this immensely. Highly recommend. It was in Eastern Berlin.

We loved our food tour in Berlin! Alex was our guide and he was an excellent host. 1 or 2 of our group were insistent on asking him a million questions, and he was more than happy to answer them all - sorry Alex! The food we experienced was great but the craic we had was even better. We visited some food outlets that we would never had thought of visiting and were very glad we did. Alex is a fantastic tour guide. All the food is great, the history he shares a lomg the way you'd never know unless you were dedicated to learning as much as him. You also get a lot of food so no need to eat before and maybe even after. Overall tge other reviews are spot on. Definitely worth yoir money and more

We always do a food/walking tour when we are travelling, and this tour was the highlight of our visit to Berlin. Margot was fantastic. Knowledgeable, personable & fun. The food was so good, and the neighborhoods we walked through, we likely would have never found on our own. Highly recommend.

Our walking food tour with Margot was fantastic! It was like meeting with your best friend who was excited to show you around town and give you only the best. We had such fun conversations with her and learned a lot of interesting things about Berlin along the way. And the food was fantastic! The schnitzel and the flammenkugle were our favorites. On our tour day it was a small group & met some lovely people. Alex, our guide arrived promptly & his knowledge made the tour really interesting taking us places we would not have found ourselves. Food sampled was plentiful & varied so go hungry ! Tour was taken at a reasonable pace. Would definitely recommend this tour !
