From there, we will explore the Medina before arriving at our cooperative, located just a 9-minute walk from the café. -If you are staying inside the Medina in a riad and prefer a tuk-tuk pickup directly from your riad, we can arrange that for you. -Why Tuk-Tuks? Tuk-tuks offer a unique and easy way to navigate the lively Medina, giving you a chance to experience its vibrant atmosphere before arriving at our Berber rug cooperative, where you’ll discover the beauty of Moroccan weaving traditions. - Please share your accommodation details after booking, and we’ll confirm the best meeting point for you! -Important: Pickup is not included in the tour price. We had such a lovely time during our private shopping tour in the Medina with Mohamed. My wife, our two kids (including our baby in a stroller), and I felt completely safe and well taken care of throughout the experience. Mohamed was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the Medina and helped guide us through the souks without stress. He brought us to a beautiful Berber rug shop, where we learned about the different styles and techniques used in traditional Moroccan weaving. The team was welcoming, and we never felt pressured just well-informed. We ended up buying two stunning rugs that now bring so much color and meaning to our home.
