Great tour. We went for the morning and it was a great experience: call, not busy, not hot. The tour was very flexible and relaxed. We stopped for a coffee when we wanted coffee, we sat down when we wanted to sit down. We saw a local side of beijing and heard many stories. There were great recommendations about what to eat (and what to avoid) so we were very happy to have done this tour on our first day in Beijing. Yang was a great guide, very communicative to organize the meetup and very experienced with the route, the history, and the timing. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to do a non-touristy tour!
The tour was amazing! The guide Felisia was so friendly and well-qualified, She showed us many attractions during our walk and She also helped with the dinner. Thanks for the wonderful experience ,I absolutely recommend!
Great experience for a first tour of central Beijing, very professional with a lot of information. Yang knows how to adapt and listen without rushing. Great English which is not easy to find in Beijing.
Our guide Yang was super. First hours in beijing. Really great start. Thank you.
The tour guide was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. He spoke excellent English and possessed extensive historical knowledge. He gave wonderful descriptions of both the locations and the dishes. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I recommend it to families, couples, and solo travelers alike.

We booked the tour very last minute and enjoyed it throughly. Felisa immediately reached out and share the details of the meeting point. She is very knowledgeable of the history and the Hutongs and shared great stories. She is very energetic and truly cared that we had a great tour with so much details. It’s well worth our time. Highly recommend for all.

Our guide was Kevin H. The only thing that I wish is that I did the tour my first night in Beijing. Kevin was very friendly , knowledgeable and spoke great English . Communication was excellent and helped us travel and explore the Hutong. We got to try several snacks and treats throughout the lively area. Kevin was very knowledgeable in Chinese history as well as Beijing local culture, so leaving with a better understanding of both was an awesome experience. The hotpot for dinner was also very tasty and one I haven’t found outside of Beijing among Chinese communities in the US. So must have for the experience . Thank you again Kevin for your curtesy and professionalism ! I hope to take this tour again bringing along my friends and family.
Such a wonderful experience. Miranda was so excellent and it was the perfect introduction to Beijing.
