This tour will literally make your stomach full. We tasted a great deal of food, all different but worth it. Its a must do tour.
Come hungry! Enough food to share with another person and still leave full. A great way to see Baku off the beaten path, learn how locals eat, and avoid “touristy” spots. Great trip and highly recommend.
Expected more for the price. Food was good, but not great and believed 'street food' was different than experienced. Guide was informative and pleasant. I think the price for what we got was the determining factor for this rating.

Good exposure to Azerbaijan street food, which to us is very similar to Turkish food as we have spent 2 weeks there prior to visiting Azerbaijan. Our guide Aylan, was very knowledgable and took us to several places to various combinations of flat bread with meat / veg stuffing. There was too much to eat and we had to take away food from two stops. The tour ended with baklava and tea, which was nice after walking about 3+ hours. Good introduction to Azerbaijan.
Exceptional tour with Ali, a superb foodie ambassador for Azerbaijan. We visited a series of places, and tied a wide variety of local foods. Each place is carefully curated, with its own charm. As we ate, Ali regaled us with stories and lore. We heard about what it was like to grow up with these foods. One word of caution: go with empty stomachs. We were stuffed to the gills by the end of the tour, and ended up taking parcels to our hotel to eat the next day. We were a mixed pair, one vegetarian and one not. Ali did an admirable job of making sure the experience remained intact, while accounting for these food preferences. 100/10 definitely recommend!
Very interesting and delicious, to make your mouth water! 🤤 The guide made us try the best local specialties in places frequented by locals, very recommended!
I would say that everything was such perfect and I loved everything about it! Everything I experienced there made me such pleased and satisfied.
Great place 😃, I recommend you everyone to visit baku and this amazing place ......................................
I was prepared and was hungry at the start. By the penultimate tasting, I had to simply “taste” the course. What an experience for my palate. I encountered the familiar donar to donut, pita to lavash, all from the best hawkers/stalls, all with a twist that is Azerbaijan! Ali is the perfect guide
Great tour. Our guide Jahan knew a lot to tell and took us to places with the best food. I would recommend the tour if you like food.
