Authentic Puglia Cooking Class in a Local Family Home Near Lecce
Description
Spend an evening in a real Italian home with Enza and her family in the countryside in Corigliano d'Otranto near Lecce. We begin with a traditional Italian aperitif, sharing homemade appetizers and prosecco while everyone gets to know each other. Then each guest prepares their own fresh pasta by hand using local ingredients and family recipes. Once the pasta is ready, we cook everything and sit around the table together to enjoy dinner with local wine, music and conversation. The evening ends with homemade dessert, our family limoncello, and a small memory of the experience.

This was a first time for me and the entire family made it super comfortable for me had one of my beat experiences ever, learnt a lot and had a lovely conversation with everyone they made it extra special for me since it was my Birthday.
The warmth of being welcomed into someone's home, the beauty of the setting, the quality of the foods served, the fun of making our own pasta, the feeling by the end of the night that you have just spent hours with friends - it was a perfect experience!! Highly recommend!!
An unforgettable moment! A wonderful family! Delicious recipes! We spent an excellent evening in the company of Enza, Antonio, and their daughters. We start with a memorable aperitif with homemade and garden products, which allows us to get to know the other "guests." We immediately feel like family. Everyone is very attentive to ensure our pasta looks like real Italian orecchiette. Even Josh, the Canadian son-in-law, gives us valuable instructions. Hospitality, music, wines, dessert, and even a final video of our best moments... so many details that make the difference! Everything was perfect! Do not hesitate, this evening will certainly remain the best of our vacation!

This experience was so fantastic. Enza and her family welcomed us into their beautiful home. We made homemade pasta, had wonderful drink, food and conversation. It was truly a highlight of our trip to Puglia. I highly recommended an evening with this amazing family!!
Our evening with Cristiana, Michaela, and Josh was lovely. It was fun to meet other travelers and enjoy the beautiful property. The quality of the ingredients was wonderful, mostly grown on their estate, and there was an abundance of food and drink. I can't say we will be making our own pasta at home, but the experience was fun and lively, and I would highly recommend it. The young people were so welcoming and gracious, even though we ended up arriving too early.
Excellent way to experience Puglian food with a family in their home. Gorgeous setting on their property, very generous with food starting with a delicious antipasto platter made with home grown ingredients. They were perfect hosts, encouraging everyone to socialize and mingle as well as teaching us how to make pasta. Loved it, would highly recommend!

Enza and her family are truly very enthusiastic and happy to welcome guests into their home for cooking classes. The whole family is present and helps to make the experience as perfect as possible.
What a fantastic evening!! Enzo, Antonio and their daughters (and boyfriend Josh) made the evening extra special as excellent hosts. Their home is lovely, including the backyard where a beautiful assortment of delicious appetizers were served which we washed down with Prosecco. We then moved into their house where we cooked, we laughed, we interacted with the other guests and drank Puglian wines (Primitivo and Negroamare). Finished off with dessert and limoncello. Special surprises at the end of the evening to make it even more memorable. Two thumbs up!!!
