Where else you can have five separate experiences in about four hours, plus lunch! I tremendously enjoyed the ATV, Zipline, horseback riding and cenote diving (did not do the monster truck). All were authentic, well guided, and safe experiences. A fantastic time. How could they improve? They could enhance the pickup and dropoff part of the experience....they told me to meet at a location far from another pickup point much closer to my hotel. Also, the base price does not include the horses or monster truck, and I felt those add-ons were pricey compared to the cost of other activities. Likewise, the photos/videos they take are well done but pricey too.
Dear customer: We're glad to know that you enjoyed this experience, we apreciate your visit and we'll definitely take your feedback into account. Have an excellent day.
This was a pretty average tour. The ATVs were fun, but a lot of stop and go. Then the ziplines were fine but not very high or long. The cenote seemed man-made, although the diving platform and zipline were fun (feet touched the bottom, wouldn't dive). Lot of upselling when you arrive, for example a $5 locker or extra activities which you have to pay more for or else you'll have to wait for everyone to finish before going home. The food was solid. They also don't let you take your own pictures during ATV or zipline, because they take their own pictures and then sell you them at the end.
Dear customer: Really sorry for your experience, we are going to take action about this to getting better!!! Best Regards
It was an amazing and fun experience. The crew is very nice and friendly. The cenote is a little small compare to the other ones we experienced but it was still fun.
Dear Customer: Thank you for your comments, we are glad you have done the service with us, i hope in your next vacations you can return with us with your family and friends! Have a nice day.
We're awaiting our digital photos that we paid for - we have received no response to our inquiries. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!
Dear customer: We are the customer service, we are working togheter with the park, the first contact its me, maybe You should have told me to help you and press the photography department to send you your photos, in this case if you can give me all your information, it would be a pleasure to help you send what you bought.
I booked my time for 8:35 a.m. but quickly changed it to 1:30 p.m. 2 days prior to the day off my tour. I received an email saying that my tour was changed to the 1:30 p.m. time. Over day before my tour I received a message from the tour operator that my pickup time was still at 8:35 a.m. I messaged back that I was not able to do that time due to my covid test and that I had already changed my time 2 days prior. I didn't get a response from them until half an hour after I could no longer cancel my trip for a full refund he tells me I can't do 1:30 because that time is fully booked. They tell me that I can either do the 8:35 or another day. After a while of arguing and talking to Viator's customer service along with the tour operator, they both said I don't qualify for any refund. Partial or not. So in the end I lost out on $112. Horrible customer service.
Ms Daisy: I helped you to switched your tour at 13:30 hrs for your covid test, You were given a transportation schedule, and you were asked to be 20 minutes earlier, you arrived late, the driver waited for his tolerance time, we had customers waiting in the van and you cannot be late because we have an itinerary to respect, after that you wanted Cancel, but cancellations are 24 hours before, you were given the option for to do in another day but you did not want to either, we are very sorry that you have gone through this, but there are rules, policies and respect for the time of other passengers. Best Regards.
We had alot of fun riding the ATVs thru the jungle , then ziplining from tree top to tree top and finally swimming in the cenote only downside was having to wait for everybody on your bus to finish their activities and meal as it was over an hour from the time we finished and the last in our transportation of (8) finished
Thanks for your comments, we appreciate, and we will get better. Wish you well and safe days ahead.
