My family and I had so much fun on this tour! The whole day was packed with adventure but everything was really well organized. Riding the ATVs through the jungle was exciting, the zip lines were a blast, and swimming in the Mayan cenote was the perfect way to cool off. The tacos were delicious, and the tequila tasting was a fun bonus for the adults. The guides were friendly, funny, and always made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. Transportation was on time and made the day completely stress free. We laughed so much and made some amazing family memories. We'd definitely do this tour wagain.
This tour was seriously one of the most fun days of our trip! The ATVs were amazing, getting muddy and driving through the jungle was such a good time. The zip lines were super exciting and the cenote was absolutely beautiful, the water felt so refreshing after all the activities. We also loved the tacos, they were honestly really good, and the tequila tasting made everything even more fun. The guides were friendly, funny, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and easy. Transportation was on time and everything was really well organized. It felt like the perfect mix of adventure, food, and good vibes. I’d totally do this tour again.
Worst excursion I've ever experienced! Waiting far too long between activities and staff is extremely unfriendly
You guys just think twice before you book these kind of activities in Cancun! I didn’t enjoy it at all! Except the thin money that you pay to book the activity, the CHARGE you extra money that they call them taxes to protect the environment and its 25-30 US dollars per person ! Then they advise you to buy stuff and they try to convince you that you need all that stuff! Then they tell you that in the zip line and atv you can’t have your bags so you need to pay extra 7 US dollars for a locker ! Then they recommend that you pay the insurance for any damage that you may cause to the atv otherwise you will pay hundreds of dollars if you make any damage to them! And that insurance is 7us dollars ! I didn’t pay of course ! They don’t let you use your phone because they want to take your pictures and then sell them to you for 100dollars (don’t buy them)! And in the end they ask you if you want to tip them ! It’s all about the money in that place ! The food was awful! Don’t recommend at all! They just want to take as much money as they can from you ! It’s was a bad experience!
I really wished I could have booked another vendor. This experience was not great. The pricing was off. You pay on here but there’s a 5% fee that’s due at the adventure, only for them to tell you it’s 6% instead. After I showed proof of the difference they still wouldn’t honor it. Now 5% and 6% is not a big difference but I would expect honesty and transparency. They charge for everything such as lockers, protective gear, fees etc. you spend almost double what you paid for the excursion. I’ve done several excursions and this was my least favorite.
This ATV tour was an amazing experience from start to finish. We were picked up punctually at our hotel in a comfortable and air-conditioned transport, which was already a good start. Upon arrival at the venue, the team was super friendly and gave us a quick but clear explanation of how to handle the ATVs. The jungle tour was full of excitement, with mud-filled stretches, climbs, descents and lots of fun. The best thing is that everything was very well organized, with attentive guides and security throughout. If you are looking for adventure without worrying about how to get there, this tour with transportation included is perfect. I'd do it again without thinking.
We had a great time! Pepperoni (that was the tour guide’s nickname) & the rest of the staff were great & friendly! The ATV’s, tequila tasting (the host was great) & zip lines were fun (all included in the price, but remember you will have to pay an additional $30pp when you arrive for the nature conservation fee or something like that). They also give you tacos at the end of the day & they were tasty. Few things we didn’t like- they don’t tell you that you aren’t able to leave after you’ve finished the activities you paid for, meaning whoever is in the group you get paired with in the transportation service, if they booked extra activities you are stuck until everyone is done. So what we thought was going to be maybe 2-4 hours at most turned into an all day excursion. Also, you are charged extra for lockers, ATV insurance & beverages. They do provide you with water (not bottled). Also, remember to bring a face covering of some sort and glasses because it’s extremely dusty when riding the ATVs & if you don’t have it you’ll need/want to buy it from them which can add up. Last, they take your phone away & they take tons of pics which means $$$ so be prepared to spend over $100 for a group of 5, but that included a little over 200 pics & 10 videos. Overall it was a great excursion just be prepared & aware.
This tour was awesome Riding the ATVs through the jungle was the best part there were dirt trails, puddles, and tons of adrenaline. Then we got to the cenotes, and it felt like finding an oasis. The water was super clear and perfect for cooling off. I loved that everything was well-organized and not rushed, so we had time to really enjoy each spot. The guide was super chill and always made sure we were having a great time. If you’re looking for adventure and something different, this tour is definitely for you. I’d do it again in a heartbeat.
A perfect mix of adventure and relaxation! Enjoyed ATVs , beautiful scenery , fantastic zip line and delicious local food ! Don’t miss this tour !
The places were amazing! The water of the cenote refreshing as the climate is very hot. The transport and food very good , we highly recommend it.
