Pickup Locations & Times
Pick-up is included from all resorts in Bávaro, Punta Cana, Cap Cana, Uvero Alto, and Macao. If you are staying in an Airbnb or residential area, you may go to the security gate of the nearest hotel or to one of our meeting points. You will receive your exact pick-up time the night before your excursion. If your hotel is not on the list, contact us and we will assign a nearby meeting point. You may also arrive directly at the ranch if you prefer to come on your own. Same-day bookings are accepted and transportation is guaranteed. Reservations from Cap Cana and Punta Cana Village are only available for the 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. tour times due to distance and logistics. Pick-up generally occurs 1 hour before your tour time, and up to 1 hour and 30 minutes during high season or for distant hotels. Please be at your assigned pick-up point 10 minutes before your scheduled time. The driver will call your name three times. If you are not present, it will be considered a no-show, and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please note that depending on the season, some hotels only allow pick-up at the hotel gate (not the lobby). Cap Cana, however, is always picked up at the lobby and does not require an access pass to enter.

The arrival to the place where we started our experience was, took over an hour to arrive. The experience it self was okay to be honest. We have done ATV/Buggy at multiple places and this one fell short.
Buggies need to have better maintenance. For people that are from out of town more clarified description of pick up and locations.
Fantastic and fun. The whole family enjoyed themselves!!
From pick up to drop off an amazing day!
Jackson took us on an ATV Tour. It was super fun and would recommend again!
We did atv tour and natural water cenote Jackson was great!! Will definitely repeat
Overall, we had a great experience, and the excursion itself was a lot of fun. The staff was friendly, and we truly enjoyed the activity. However, I want to make other travelers aware that participants ages 16 and older MUST have a valid driver’s license to operate a solo ATV. This requirement was not clearly disclosed in the booking information. Because of this, my 16 year old daughter was unable to ride the solo ATV that I booked and paid for, and the worker required her to share an ATV with me instead. We have documentation of the booking and what occurred. Since a shared ATV costs less than a solo ATV, I contacted the tour operator regarding a refund of the price difference or some other form of compensation. Unfortunately, I have not received a resolution. I hope this review helps future travelers avoid the same issue by ensuring they know a valid driver’s license is required for anyone 16 or older who plans to ride solo.
We have been to the Dominican Republic several times and done tours of this type, but this one, for my taste, is the best, and the guide Alex is the best I have seen; he is excellent both in his treatment of people and when it comes to solving problems, he is a beast.
5 Victor was awesome...loved it...will return!
