Atlas Mountains: Imlil Hiking & 3 Valleys Guided Tour

The provider had confirmed the tour two days in advance but did not pick us up at the hotel with no communication or explanation. Multiple messages both before and after the scheduled meeting time were left without response. My phone call to the stated number was not answered. Grossly unacceptable and obviously unprofessional conduct that seriously wasted our precious vacation time.

My boyfriend and I, from the UK, went on the 4 day, 3 night private desert trip from Fes to Marrakesh with our driver Marwan and couldn’t recommend it and him enough. Each day was packed with lots of activities, such as stops to see local businesses and people and sightseeing stops (e.g. nomads/ camel riding/ music bands/ carpet making house/ a stream in a beautiful canyon etc) and delicious authentic lunch stops. Our first night was in a desert hotel which was incredibly scenic next to the sand dunes, followed by a night in a desert camp accessed by a 45 min camel ride which was an adventurous experience, then a night in a lovely mountain hotel. The hotel staff were all friendly and food was tasty classic Moroccan food, with some unique stop offs to more authentic family run food stops. Marwan was so friendly and informative (fluent in many languages and well versed on Moroccan history/politics etc) and despite his well organised daily itinerary, he tailored every day to our preferences and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Thank you to Marwan and the company for such an enjoyable and enriching 4 days - I couldn’t recommend more and will definitely be using this company again!

A really great experience overall. Our driver/guide Monsef was very kind and knowledgeable - he looked after us brilliantly and gave lots of additional colour and history as we drove. The local guides were also great. I had not understood that we needed to pay separately for this, but the cost was reasonable and both tours were very enjoyable. The first night’s accommodation was good. Kind hosts, good food, clean rooms. They also had a lovely pool, but we arrived late and left early so didn’t get to use it. The camel ride and desert camping was exceptional. We stayed in the luxury tents and they were fantastic. Dinner was delicious and the evening campfire was also great - the team led a great party with singing, drumming and dancing. The long drive back to Marrakesh on Day 3 is a bit of a drag, but we had some nice stops and made it back in time for dinner. All in all a fantastic experience, well worth the money. Highly recommended.

My family of four booked the 3 day tour from Marrakech to Fez dessert tour. Our tour driver and guide was Marwan. Marwan picked us up promptly at our scheduled time at our hotel with a modern comfortable vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable about our destinations and his country and was very pleasant to be around. The trip is long consisting of 6 hours of driving the first day, 4 the second and 8 the third so it was a relief to have someone we could trust to be safe on the road. All the stops are interesting and helps break up the trip. We booked the desert luxury trip and the camp is beautiful and the staff go above and beyond to make the experience special. Do not hesitate to book this trip it is memorable!

Amazing adventure, 3 days from Fes to Marrakech. Marwan our guide was the best, he made the trip so much fun. It was even clear to see that other travellers in different groups were jealous of our experience. He gave us freedom to chose where to stop and was knowledgeable of the areas we toured. Merzouga camp was the highlight!

I took the guided tour with my wife and daughter to the Atlas Mountains. We really enjoyed the trip and our guide, Marwan, went the extra mile to ensure that we had a pleasurable trip. Marwan gave us a good explanation of the history and culture of the people and had also grown up in the area, so he was very familiar with the surroundings. We had a very pleasant lunch with a beautiful view and went on a nice hike after lunch. I would highly recommend this trip together with our guide, Marwan.

Wonderful 6 day tour from Marrakech to Chefchuan with stops in Dades Valley, the desert (Merzouga), and Fes. Hassan was is a wonderful guide! He is an exceptional driver, we always felt safe and comfortable (I usually get car sick but never did on this journey, even through very windy roads). The itinerary gives a great intro to a variety of Moroccan cities with different energies. Accommodations are all very nice and comfortable with breakfast and dinner included. I spent a ton of time researching different tour options and I am very happy with this one.

We did a 10 day trip with Hassan as our driver - went from Marrakesh to Dades Valley and the Sahara to Fez to Chefchouen to Casablanca. Hassan was AMAZING! If you are traveling with this group, we highly recommend him as your driver. We felt extremely safe with him the entire time and he took us to so many great and safe restaurants to eat food. He also was always willing to adapt our day schedule if we wanted to see things along the way. He has such a great knowledge of the area and is so fantastic as a guide. He helped us so much when we needed to call hotels or restaurants who didn’t speak english. The entire trip was fantastic and we were so happy with him and the whole tour group!!!

We booked a 1 day trip to Agafay Desert. Rachid, our driver and guide was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. We had a fabulous day, complete with camel ride; and the icing on the cake was having lunch in a Berber family home. It will remain one of our most memorable experiences.

Had an amazing time on the private Marrakech to Fes desert tour. Our guide/driver was Hassan, who was fantastic. Always so friendly, and pointing out interesting things along the way. Also made things go smoothly, and helped us figure out what additional stops we wanted to make, such as Atlas studios, or various co-ops to learn and purchase things. His driving was fantastic, and we had plenty of opportunities to stop for photos and stretch our legs. Also helped arrange a tour guide for Ait Ben Haddou, which made it so much better than if we had wandered around ourselves. Highlights of the tour include Ait Ben Haddou, Dades Valley, and the Sahara. Camel ride was great. We did the private option (2 people) and the van was really spacious. Hassan was great at driving. The luxury desert camp was also really nice. The accommodation in the Dades Valley (Hotel Babylon) was reasonable, with fairly basic food. Overall a fantastic trip. Definitely would be missing out on the best bits of Morocco if you don't do a tour like this. Our driver Hassan was great.
