Was super excited for this trip but unfortunately the weather had some other plans. We made it to the area with the camels but my friend and I opted not to ride them as it was rainy, cold and windy. We enjoyed the tea and it was still a nice area. Then we continued onto the argan oil factory. The food was nice and it was lovely to see the women working. Unfortunately, we couldn't continue up the mountain because of road closures so after a walk through the local market we went back to Marrakech with a short scenic stop along the way. The weather is out of our control and I know the guides and driver did the best they could given the situation. I would've loved to have been given some credit against the lunch we didn't have or an alternative lunch to have been included, but overall felt safe, enjoyed the small tour group and the people were lovely.
We had a great time on our tour! Our guide Abderriham Didi and our driver Abde were both incredibly helpful throughout the day. The tour itself was very interesting and well-organized. Highly recommended
This trip was an amazing experience! The trip was packed with so many activities and authentic experiences. Our guide Yousef was fantastic and made the trip 10x better! The camel ride was the perfect amount of time. Breakfast and lunch were provided and both were delicious. Our hike was scenic and filled with stunning views along the way. There was plenty of stops to take pictures throughout the trip and take in the view. I can not recommend this trip enough, we truly had the best time!
What started a bit of an mis communication day concerning the transfer!! However, this company soon made it the most funniest day.. The trip is very good and the tour guide Abdeul was just amazing. What a funny young man and very caring. Also, the guy who drove us back down the mountain because we was on the wrong trip ( he drives a nice black Skoda) thank you for you kind generosity of driving us back to our correct bus and guide. Atlas Mountains are a must see for the experience and rural life. The food for lunch was also very tasty and delivered very well by Abdeul. Thank you to all involved.
What an amazing tour of the Atlas Region with Marrakech Day Trips. Abdeul our guide was fantastic and really, really friendly. He was also extremely funny and kept us entertained on our drive there and back!! The food was excellent and the trek was exactly the right length!! Thank you Abdeul and thank you Marrakech Day Trips!!
Bring your own water. , none available. The walk is just over 1 hour. Guide Youssef was very knowledgeable about the places we visited. He was very protective of our party , making sure we were all safe and well. Great trip.
This was such a great day trip. The value from this trip was extraordinary! Our guide Hassan was fantastic and was able fit in a myriad of things along our route. So the value for your money is excellent and also we had food covered with a Berber Breakfast along with the visit to the Argan Oil C-operative run by women. We also had great fun on the camel ride, visit to a very local market in Asni and then on to the higher Atlast Mountain to trek to a cool clear stream. Just a fantatsic trip! Well done and keep it going...
Brilliant experience of how the villagers live. Our driver was very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. Got to learn about the berber history. The mountains are breathtaking and the whole experience is one I would highly recommend. It exceeded my expectations.
Overall it is a good excursion, the only thing we expected the longest hike. Good food, and camel outing also good.
Oh my goodness this was an incredible tour. Such a lot packed into the day for such a reasonable price. The camel ride was a fun experience, we really enjoyed visiting the feminine cooperative where they make argan oil products. The walk to the waterfall through atlas mountain villages was lovely and then an amazing lunch. DO THIS TOUR!
