You’ll also enjoy some of the best views of the Acropolis, among many other hidden gems. Try one of the most beloved Greek food, Souvlaki or Gyros as we visit some of the oldest eateries of Athens. The tour starts and ends near Monastiraki, making it easy to combine tasting local flavors with sightseeing.

45 min

This is one of the most vibrant neighborhoods where we will mingle with the locals and discover some unique spots. Psirri area hosts one of the oldest squares in Athens (Plateia Iroon), where you will find many local tavernas with live music, eateries, bars and cafes. The neighborhood is also famous for some of the city’s best artisan shops and street art murals. Here, we will try different varieties of the Greek traditional puff pastry pie.

90 min

Stroll through one of Athens’ most iconic central neighborhoods, where you'll interact with locals, discover a blend of ancient and modern landmarks, and explore popular hangouts. Along the way, enjoy a tasting of Greek cold cuts and local cheeses, followed by a seated dinner featuring traditional dishes, and end on a sweet note with a classic Greek dessert.

A must try!

Met Yanis at the location along with two other couples. The best food tour in Athens. Tasted some of the best Greek foods. Yanis was patient, went at a pace comfortable for everyone. The Souvlaki was delicious & there was so much food offered at each place we stopped.

Dimitris, our polyglot...

Dimitris, our polyglot guide, was excellent. Somehow, he took the time to learn all of our names before we even got there. You will take a little tour through the busiest part of town, stopping along the way for a nibble here, a nosh there. You will not be able to finish all of your food. Pace yourself. Make a new friend.
