Description
Discover the most ancient and atmospheric quarters of Athens on a night tour. Enjoy a brief drive of the city and feel the weight of history while passing the Greek Parliament, Neoclassical buildings, and admire views of the illuminated Parthenon and Acropolis from Lycabetus hill. That is Athens’ highest hill, offering a superb panoramic view of all city! We will return to Plaka and complete the evening, having a dinner in a Greek traditional restaurant with live music and Folklore dance. After your dinner, you can join the dancers, who will teach you how to dance Syrtaki and other folk - dances.

We will walk (100 m) through the charming neighborhood of Plaka. Enjoy a traditional Greek dinner with free local wine from the barrels, and during your dinner enjoy the folklore dances performed by professional dancers with live Greek Bouzouki music. - Restaurant reservation (depends on availability). We recommend to reserve Athens evening/ night tour with live music & folk lore dance at least 72 hours prior. Show & dinner approx 45€ per person - Dinner includes: starter, salad, main dish (choice of 3 different dishes) dessert, wine or beer.
- You Have the options of 3 different Vehicles types: Sedan up to 3 adults or family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids - up to 11 years old free) - Minivan ( from 1 to 7 persons - 2 kids/ up to 11 years old free ) - Minibus ( from 1 to 14 persons - 2 kids/ up to 11 years old free). Price varies by Group Size or Vehicle type.
- Your tour is private, flexible and available from Athens or Piraeus. However we only request to have in mind the agreed hours. If you would like to extend the trip, please make a fair arrangement with your driver/tour leader.

The show was really good, but the seating was uncomfortable. There were some large groups and service was slow.

You do not make comments about your driver who took you in places you could not walk and gave you the chance to see the panoramic views of Athens as the access to Lycabettus hill is not easy for someone who can't walk. You concentrate only on the restaurant without to mention that we had reserved a table in front the stage, which was actually for 6 persons, as you were only 3 and in distance from other groups as you had problem with coughing. You forgot also to mention, that one of you was oversized and as all of you had influenza you kept coughing and sneeze inside the car, as a result your driver to be ill after 3 days Your driver can't work from 8 Oct and he has not recover yet completely to 14 Oct . He fortunate took a diagnostic Covid test and was negative Your review give us sadness
In August, 2023 we did the Athens by night tour (with dinner and dance) as our last night in Athens as we celebrated the end of our vacation in Greece. It was a great way to end the vacation. Our driver picked us up and took us to a great viewing spot of the city to watch the sunset. Then he drove us around showing us some of the city sites before dropping us off for dinner. After the dinner, he took us for a walking tour of the area before heading back to the vehicle and then back to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this tour. The dinner/dance was very entertaining with a band, singing and dancing. They dancers and singers get the audience involved by getting people up on the stage to participate. The tour was about 5 hours long. If we get back to Athens, we would do this again.
Don’t do it! Nothing but disappointment in the staff, dinner, transportation, communication. We waited hours to be picked up. They promised a vegetarian option, but the staff seemed indignant at the third request for one. They brought something frozen in the middle. No explanation. Nothing. I tried to eat alone after everyone was on dessert. No one was responsible. No seeing athens at night, just listened to the upset tour guide on the phone. Two couples walked out because we were crammed in next to each other when there were other empty tables. No one with masks. We opted to walk home because it was hours on the bus to get there due to traffic in Athens. Duh!
This is a common problem with TripAdvisor reviews. This lady booked an Athens Dinner with a Tour-bus company probably from the reception of her hotel. She does not know or remember the name of the company. As she was dissatisfied most from the restaurant, she thought she could express her disappointment in any site offering the similar tour. We want to clarify that we offer only private tours with a taxi ( sedan or minivan) with pick-up / drop off - from/ to hotel with sightseeing of Athens to a traditional tavern (with live music & Folklore dance / reservation needed) and return. Our service is from door to door. It happened before, but this time TripAdvisor sent us a note, that will not remove this review and suggested us to express our disagreement We kindly requested TripAdvisor staff to remove it from our website.
