Poor experience with Yomadic. Alex, their driver, picked us up on time, but as we approached our hotel in the old quarter of Athens, very near to the Acropolis Museum, he asked whether we would mind being dropped off "about 30 metres" from the hotel. He claimed that the lanes there are so narrow and would usually be made even narrower by illegally parked vehicles, and his wide Mercedes could get stuck, thus we could end up being delayed for an hour. Relying on his advice, we agreed. We had to roll our heavy suitcases and cabin bag on the very rough tarmac/stone road/pavement. Turns out he lied. 1) Google Maps had the distance at 110 metres, not 30. 2) Hotel staff says not true. All kinds of cars and vans can pass and repass in front. Over the next 4 days, we saw all kinds of vehicles, large and small pass by. 3) We had a private tour arranged with Yomadic 3 days later, and their own large van they used had no issues picking up and dropping us off. (This will be the subject of another review). I complained to Andreas and all he could say was that the driver had been taken off their list. He did not wish to take responsibility for this shortfall in their service.

For several days after your transfer, you attempted to pressure and blackmail us into buying you a meal at a restaurant and tickets to archaeological sites as so-called “compensation” for reasons that were entirely unfounded. We have kept all the written communication with our customer care department as proof of your repeated and unreasonable demands. However, out of respect for our company’s integrity and the platform’s guidelines, we will not publish those messages here. We take pride in offering honest, high-quality service to all our guests and will not tolerate any attempts at extortion or defamation. Sincerely

Driver was there early with clear sign for us. Safe driving. Accommodating friendly. I left my phone is backseat and he went out of this way to bring it to me! Will use again!
transportation was seamless, our driver met us in the arrival hall and even helped others in our group context another transportation company since they booked the wrong date. music playlist was great as well! will definitely book again.
On time considering or flight was 3 hours late taking off. Very pleasant & had bottles of water waiting for us. Helped with bags as well. Would highly recommend,

Costa was very knowledgeable and personable. He got us to our destination safely, all be it drivers in Athens scared me. My only suggestion would be to make it clear on how to communicate via phone, chat, email. I did not know what the "What's Up" App was and if our driver had not called my cell number I provided we may have missed each other.
We had to wait a bit (reason for 4 star) as our plane was early and the original driver did not know of this early arrival. It is advertised that they keep watch on arrival times. He found someone closer than he was and got him there in a reasonable amount of time. Our driver was awesome. He did not speak much English but had a translation app and we had alot of fun with that. It was a great ride.

The driver was very friendly and was waiting on us when we arrived. He even waited on our delayed flight without question. Highly recommend and this saved us time in the taxi line.
