Alex was an excellent communicator. He texted a few minutes after we landed. His car had more than enough room for our family and luggage (husband is 6’7” so this says a lot). He even took the time to text me places to eat near the hotel since the kids were tired and we didn’t have reservations.

Costa was great! He messaged me as soon as we landed and let us know where to meet him. He helped us with our luggage and had bottles of water for us in the car. His car was a nice Mercedes Benz and it was clean. He knew which hotel we were going to and it was an easy drop off.
