After landing at Athens International Airport, a professional driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name and ready to assist you. Relax in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle tailored to the size of your group. For 1 to 3 passengers, a comfortable sedan or taxi is ideal (select 4 passengers if you prefer a minivan). Groups of 4 to 6 will travel in a spacious minivan, while larger parties of 7 to 12 will be comfortably accommodated in a minibus. Available 24/7, this service offers flexibility, no matter what time your flight arrives. Just provide your flight details during booking, and we’ll monitor your flight for delays to ensure timely pickup. You'll be dropped off directly at your hotel, apartment, Airbnb, or any type of accommodation in central Athens! Enjoy a hassle-free start to your stay—comfortable and convenient!

Pickup Locations & Times
Meeting point is the Athens Airport. After you have collected your luggage, the driver will meet you outside the Arrivals Hall located outside the Customs Area. The driver will be holding a sign with the lead passenger's name.

Important Information
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Transfers for up to three (3) passengers are provided by sedan or taxi, while groups of four to six travelers will be transported in a minivan (e.g., Mercedes Vito).
- Each passenger is allowed to carry one (1) standard-size suitcase. Sedans and taxis can accommodate a maximum of two standard suitcases and two carry-on bags or backpacks in the trunk. If your group travels with more than three (3) pieces of luggage in total, we recommend booking for at least four (4) passengers to ensure a minivan is allocated for your transfer.
- Please note that oversized or excessive luggage may be subject to restrictions. We advise contacting the operator in advance to confirm whether such items can be accommodated.
- Please note that the estimated arrival time of the flight declared at the time of booking is tracked and served correctly

Prompt and effective communication with Mr. Stamatis. He had a hand written sign with our name on it and was very patient as the airline failed to have a wheelchair for my mother and father upon landing so the walk to the meet and great though not long for me it was long and a very slow walk with my seniors parents.

Harry was waiting as pre organised with a sign for us . Very easy. It is awalk to the car . Good for us however ir you have mobility issues it would be tricky

I just want to share that my sister and her family used another company and they did not have to walk to their van after pick up at airport. We had travel delays and after an overnight flight without sleep we thought a private transfer would be more fit for us. My sisters driver said the walk is very far I will come get you all/m. That service would have been nice as we had to do the walk with all our luggage. Thank you

My flight got in a little early so I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my pick up. Then we had to walk pretty far from the meeting point to the car. It probably would have been easier to just grab a taxi outside.
