I cannot say enough about how wonderful this cooking course is. First, the atmosphere, this is not just a place to learn how to cook but they also have courses on metalwork and pottery all in an artistic and interesting building. Next our instructors Madi (sp) and Fatima were not only great instructors but also gracious hosts. We were able to help with prepping vegetables and pancakes as a team, assembling our own tajine chicken dish and salads, and then sit together to enjoy our meal. Finally, I was very fortunate to be part of a class with lovely people, and our instructors were a big part in making this happen. Also, it was very helpful that this package included transportation from my hotel to the looking school, and my driver was on time both to and from the course. Overall, highly recommend this course and enjoy the experience.
