Unfortunately the company cancelled our booking due to driver shortage. The cab ride from Heathrow to our rental was cheaper anyway. Glad we were able to get a cab last minute.

So wonderful they helped me customize my needs as I was bringing my daughter to London. I needed a larger vehicle to accommodate seven suitcases. I also needed an additional stop as we are staying separately. They worked it out with me ahead of time and all went according to plan. The driver was super helpful with the extra luggage
