Driver was in...

Driver was in communication by phone but was hard to locate. Did not have a sign with our name on it or out of his car waiting for us. Did not assist with bags and felt rushed.

The station has a particularly restricted pickup area, with a long, narrow collection point and very limited space for vehicles to wait. Drivers are often required to keep moving due to instructions from station staff, local authorities, and police, which can make it more challenging to remain stationary or meet passengers in the traditional way. That said, we want to be clear that this does not excuse the experience you had. Your driver should still have ensured a smoother and more visible meeting process, including clear identification and appropriate assistance with your luggage. Pick up at the train...

Pick up at the train station and delivery to the hotel was seamless. I'm sorry that I don't remember the driver's name as I'm writing this post vacation. But one cannot be unhappy when they're dropped at the hotel front door safe and sound, all luggage accounted for!

100% Recommended in London

Great service and when one driver was held up due to protests they had another pick us up without delay. Very communicative a customer service focused. Great and reliable company
