First time dissatisfied with Viator. This was airport transportation and the driver never showed up. After an 11 hour flight the last thing we wanted to do was figure out how to get a cab in a country where we didn’t speak the language. It was odd because Viator is usually very good with email communication. In any event when I reported the situation the following day, I was promptly responded to that the driver had a mechanical problem and my money was immediately refunded.
Unfortunately our local partner didn´t provide this service due to a mechanical problem with the vehicle. A full refund has been processed. We apologize for this inconvenience.
