This experience was absolutely amazing! The places we saw were wonderful, the whole team was kind, I thought it would cost a lot but I tell you it was worth every penny!
We travelled to Vegas from London, using Vegas as a base … and did a come of trips with GCSA. We feared the worst when our first trip (to Antelope Canyon) was cancelled due to weather. It was rescheduled a day later. Fortunately, we were able to change our itinerary. Regrettably, we travelled to Boulder City Airport on the day of the rearranged trip … only to discover the flight was cancelled again, due to bad weather. Although we were disappointed with this, GCSA were keen to help us. They offered us the option of a full refund, or to rearrange again. So we rearranged … and were lucky enough to do the Antelope tour on the Thursday and the South Rim tour on the Friday. Both trips were piloted by Chasty, who was excellent. We had two amazing trips. Whilst it was disappointing to not have been able to have travelled on the Tuesday and Wednesday, it was clear that passenger safety was of paramount importance to Grand Canyon Scenic Airlines. Our rescheduled trips were brilliant. And the company gave us a free photo of us standing infront of the plane, as a gesture of goodwill.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful and understanding review! We know how frustrating weather-related cancellations can be—especially when you're visiting from overseas with a tight itinerary. We're truly grateful for your patience and flexibility, and we're so glad everything came together for you in the end. It’s wonderful to hear that both your Antelope Canyon and South Rim tours were worth the wait, and that Chasty made the experience even more memorable. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words! Safety is always our top priority, and we appreciate your recognition of that. We're thrilled you had two amazing adventures with us and hope the photo is a special keepsake of your journey. Thank you again for flying with us — we’d love to welcome you back anytime!
We had such a great day on the Antelope Canyon Tour - Daniel was our pilot and he did such a great job, flights were smooth, landing was smooth and we saw so much on the way (flights were smoother than the bus ride transfers - wow, the tour buses were ROUGH). We were met with a wonderful Navajo woman in Page, AZ (I didn’t get the correct spelling of her name, unfortunately), she transferred us to Lower Antelope Canyon where Connor was our guide. He also did an amazing job showing us the canyon and explaining the significance to his people, we appreciated being able to experience the canyon. There were A LOT of people there though and it distracted from the natural beauty when we had to wait and wait for people to take selfies and keep moving. Our Navajo driver then took us to Horseshoe Bend which was majestic & then she returned us to the airstrip where we were served lunch. Daniel then flew us back to Boulder City. Overall, a very great day!
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that your Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend adventure was a great day from start to finish. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to Daniel — smooth flights are what we love to hear! And we’re so glad you enjoyed the cultural insights and hospitality from our Navajo partners in Page. Connor and your guide clearly made a lasting impression, and we’re grateful they helped make the canyon experience even more meaningful. We understand how the crowds can sometimes affect the serenity of these beautiful places, and we appreciate your patience and perspective. Thank you again for choosing us — we’re honored to have shared these breathtaking sights with you!
UPPER ANTELOPE CANYON WAS AMAZING- OUR GUIDE Arlando was amazing. Definitely recommend Upper for AM- Lower for PM Would give a 5 except for the booking issue-- ABOUT THE NOT SO GOOD - NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED- Our booking was suppose to have hotel pick up- it did not- if I had not have called we would have lost the $$$$. Called and was told I had to get to the basement garage of the Belligiiao Hotel by 4:50 am (ticket said 6:30). The excursion was suppose to include box lunch (on the ticket) , it did not.
My trip to Lower Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend from Las Vegas was handled efficiently by friendly and competent staff, pilot, and driver. The whole experience went very smoothly and it was most enjoyable.
When I booked this trip in July 2023 it was confirmed in writing that the pickup location would be from my Las Vegas hotel at 08:27am for flight departure about 10:00am on 15 May 2024. However on the eve of the trip the company messaged saying that the pickup time was changed to 04:55am for a 06:30am flight departure instead and we had to make our own way to a different pickup location! When I asked that they at least honour the contract to pick up from the agreed hotel location, they demurred. Had they given ample notice I would have made alternate arrangements as we were on a gruelling US holiday schedule. I would not recommend using this operator, BUT the destination was fabulous and so were the Navajo guides on the ground. Do visit the Lower Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend but use another operator.
Awesome time. Pilots to the bus driver to tour guide were all top notch. Would definitely do this again or any other tour they do.
Something happened with the browser that I couldn't upload my photos but I can only tell you that they are incredible, all the staff are super friendly and always super punctual. The indications are very precise. The experience is 100%, the only issue we had is that for some reason the Antilope Tour took longer than normal and that meant that we did not have time to have breakfast, only to eat a sandwich in the van. On the other hand, arriving at "horseshoe" they only left us at the entrance of the park and we had to walk, we did not have any guide or anyone to be with us and since we already had a short time it was rushed. Without a doubt, it is a trip that I recommend you take, it is totally worth it. We returned to Vegas at a good time and hungry to eat something delicious.
The canyon is a very nice place to visit. It's Awesome and the guide was so interesting. I recommand this visit to every body.
We travelled to Las Vegas from Switzerland to take a flight over the Grand Canyon including Antelope Canyon. We booked, paid and confirmed the tour 5 months in advance. Less than 2 days before the scheduled flight, our tour will be cancelled without justification. You don't get back on tour until September (silly we were there in July). Very poor Service. The remittance also takes a short time.
We are sorry that you had a bad experience with us.
