Poor commentary. Charged for a child who should have been free. Lacked accuracy and detail. AI bot, boring and confusing. Poor download and instructions. Don’t use.

Museum was nice with interesting objects, however the route itself through the museum is not that logical (at some point you have to go back through the first area and passing a lot of people by the time you get there). Also missing some Minoan history. The audio guide via Clio tours was terrible, don’t know why TripAdvisor works with them
Hello and thank you for your feedback 🙏 We’re sorry the audio guide did not meet your expectations. It is created by professional authors based on thorough research to provide a rich experience. Best, Jo
Easy to manage website and tickets made for an easy entry!!! Information from the audio tour was very interesting useful but found it hard to follow in regards to the layout. Didn’t help that it started at a gate that is currently closed.
Hello, and thank you for your review! We’re glad to hear your ticketing experience went smoothly. As for the directions, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. There has been a recent change in the Ancient Agora site, due to maintenance work being done, and the directions need updating from our part, which we are currently working on. That said, we hope you still enjoyed your visit and that you’ll give us another chance in the future. Warm regards. Stephanie
Okay to see but if pressed for time, bypass it. Most of the ruins are little to distinguish what was present. A few cool items to see if time allows. Very stringent on reservation times. Self directed tour. Must use the audio.
Hello and thanks for your review! Your insights are helpful for fellow travelers. However, please note that we are only responsible for the audio guide and the tickets' purchasing, we are not responsible for the archaeological site's exhibits, nor for the fact that the tickets adhere to specific time slot. We hope you enjoyed our audio guide and hope to welcome you back again for another one experience with us! Best, Stephanie
The site is large, but not as much to see as hoped. The Temple of Hephastius is the key site to see as it is the best preserved ancient temple in Greece. The museum in the stoa building has some fine artifacts, but you can see a more extensive display at the National Archeological Museum. It's a short walk down from the Acropolis and a good way to get to Monasteriaki Square.
Hello there! Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback, and we’re glad you enjoyed the visit! We hope to have the pleasure of guiding you again in the future. Best regards, ' Olga
Easy to download audio guide with plenty of instructions and guidelines to explain what to do. Very in depth audio of each point of interest. We did however find to hard to know if we were in the correct location to match audio. Quite often would not listen to the entire audio about the location, as we had a tight time frame. Location numbers would be helpful
Dear David, Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed our self-guided audio tour. Each stop includes clear instructions to help you find your next point of interest. We appreciate your input and thank you once again! Best regards, Olga Marketing Dept.
One of the most beautiful sites included in the combo ticket. You'll be here for a while and can feed your eyes well. There are not only preserved and rebuilt ruins here, but also statues (replicas or otherwise) dating back to the 4th century BC. Impressive!
Hallo en groeten van Clio Muse Tours! We zijn blij dat je over het algemeen een geweldige ervaring hebt gehad! We hopen u in de toekomst weer te zien. Gefeliciteerd
